From my perspective it's not so much Down Under, as Up Here. ;)

Some hints for newer Editors

  • If it looks like a link but it is red in colour then that means the article has not been written yet. Click on the link and enter some text to start the article. Other editors will probably give you a hand to expand the new article and "voila" we are making a better wiki!
  • If you don't understand how to markup the text to make it all look pretty then practice in the TTWiki Sandbox or just type it out in plain text and ask that someone help to format it. Then watch what they did (History tab will let you see the changes) and hopefully you can learn as you go.

Works that I am having a look at

a rewrite of this: Getting Started Guidepage is linked from front page of TTC so important that it actually helps people get started. Current version has been edited to within an inch of its life. Needs a major rewrite to make it what it was intended to be.

Works that I hope to have a look at

(ie notes-to-self)
  • Tips & Tricks - So where are the tips and tricks? This article doesn't actually give much in the way of tips or tricks! Lets add some rather than just have an index of links - most of which go to general articles rather than specifically to tips or tricks. Also the topic Leftovers needs definition or deletion - its an empty stub and has been for two years.
  • Cattlelogs - pics need to be consistent, and content very sparse (almost a stub).
  • Doodles - would benefit from a few pics of Doodles! Also should link a new page with the actual names that you can choose. (And isn't there a time limit on picking the name?)
  • Organizing Your House - pics layout needs some attention. Also should we be showing how to do glitches? Missing pic should be easy to get.
  • Cannons - needs Category(ies)
  • Gardens - those pics are HUGE ... Thumbs or resize?
  • Fishing - bottom pic is too fuzzy to be really useful. Should external links be copied across to their own pages?
  • Special keys - needs to be linked to something/anything. Also more special sounds when chatting (eg "/" and "?")
  • Non-playing character - needs to be linked to something/anything. And expanded.
  • Streets - needs to be linked to something/anything. And Map pic updated to newer version.

Unlinked Pages that relate to Toontown

From Orphaned pages - and there's plenty that aren't Toontown related as well. Feel free to link them to an appropriate page if you know where they belong. Some I will be asking an Admin to delete as they are basically Blank and have no role in the wiki.
