Performing Talent Skills

Every talent skill mini-game has three rounds. If you finish the first round, the challenge gets hit with one point. If you finish the second round, you hit the challenge with two points, and if you finish all three rounds you hit the challenge with five points! Most challenges require five points to complete; however, some require seven or even 10.

Pixie Dust

Defeating Challenges uses your Pixie Dust! Performing one Talent Skill uses up 10 points of Pixie Dust, but completing the main Talent Skill of your Fairy or Sparrow Man only uses up 5 points. To renew your Pixie Dust, a pixie-dust-filled cookie, cupcake or silly sweet must be eaten. Different types of Cookies and Cupcakes provide different amounts of pixie dust. Before entering the Wilderness, it is important to make sure you have enough baked goods in your pouch to ensure you can complete the adventure. If you need to bake cookies prior to adventuring, head over to Dulcie's Kitchen in Neverberry Thicket. You can find a list of all available Recipes here: Pixie Hollow Recipes.

All players can receive pixie-dust-filled sweets:

Learning Skills

Prior to the release of Talent Levels on 20 April 2011, players needed to complete talent-specific quests to learn Talent Skills in order to enter the Wilderness to Adventure. The following is a list of those quests for each Mentor Fairy.

In order to enter the Wilderness, you’ll need to complete a few quests from your Mentor Fairy and unlock your first Talent Skill! These skills are special actions you can perform on things you find in the Wilderness to earn ingredients you can use for shopping and crafting!
