In Depth Quest Guide
This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.
Head over to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Fawn will greet you:
Fawn: "Chickadee, I’ve been hearin’ good things about your work with the Charm Talent Skill. I think you’re ready to learn HEAL!"
"What is Heal? Darn good question! It started a long time ago when Scops the owl, probably THE wisest critter in the Hollow, had a big idea."
"Scops suggested that we animal-talents take a pack of critter medicines to the mainland each time the Fairies changed the seasons."
"Scops reminded us that things as big as the change of seasons can make some animals sick. But we can help ‘em!"
"That’s how the Heal Talent Skill got started. So how about it? Are you ready to help make a Critter Health Pack an’ learn to Heal?"
Step 1
Accept this Quest?Fawn: "Flaptastic! But there’s one thing we have to do first. I need you to show me just how well you can use your first Talent Skill, Charm."
"Fly out to The Silver Trees an’ find Silke the Spider. She collects things, an’ she’ll give you a gift if you can make her laugh. Go see what happens!"
Fly to Pumpkin Patch, enter The Silver Trees Wilderness, and find Silke the Spider. Return to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill when you are done!

Step 2
I found Silke the Spider!Fawn: "Wow, look at all the ingredients Silke gave you! Good job, chickadee!"
"You’re ready to learn Heal. When critters don’t feel good, nothing helps like Ouch Away Tea. It’s my own invention!"
"Well ... okay, Elixa invented it. But I helped! Anyhoo, I have all the ingredients for it in the Critter Health Pack except super-cold snow."
"Go see the Minster of Winter in Blustery Brush. I bet she’ll give you some sooper-dooper cold snow in return for a little help!"
Fly to Evergreen Overlook. Earn 5,000 points playing Snowflake Sweep in Blustery Brush. Return to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill when you are done!

"Oww, cold fingers cold fingers cold fingers!!"
"Okay, that’s better. Now back to Heal. Being able to bandage an injury is real important, ‘cuz most critters can’t do it themselves."
