Once inside of Tinker's Nook an Option Box comes up asking you what you want to discuss with Tinker Bell. Tinker's Nook Options

Ask Tinker Bell for a New Quest

If you select to ask Tinker Bell for Pixie Hollow Quests. Then a Choose a Quest box will pop up, and you can select a quest.

If you select to ask Tinker Bell to chat, she will tell you many different things about herself and Tinker-Talent fairies.
