Rosetta's Garden is located in Cherryblossom Heights, in Spring Valley.

Once inside of Rosetta's Garden an Option Box comes up asking you what you want to discuss with Rosetta.

Ask Rosetta for a New Quest

If you select to ask Rosetta for Pixie Hollow Quests. Then a Choose a Quest box will pop up, and you can select a quest.

For reasons unknown, all of Rosetta's repeatable quests are cycled through and only two will be shown at a time.
