Quick Quest Guide
This Quest has 8 steps.What you will need: 15 Oak Leaves, 20 Meadow Grass and 15 Ivy.
Quick Steps
- Go to Rosetta's Garden and ask if she has any quests. Pick Summerscent Harvest.
- Fly to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill to visit Fawn.
- Earn a score of 10,000 points on Harvest Hustle and return to Fawn.
- Return to Rosetta.
- Fly to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully to visit Iridessa.
- Gather 15 Oak Leaves and give them to Iridessa.
- Gather 20 Meadow Grass and give them to Dessa.
- Return to Rosetta.
- Gather 15 Ivy and give them to Rosetta.
- Pick your reward and the quest is over.
In Depth Quest Guide
This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.
Head over to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and ask her if she has any quests. If you have finished the quest Loony Ladybugs, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you can begin the quest immediately. Upon starting the quest, Rosetta will greet you:
Rosetta: "Sugar, it’s time to harvest the Summerscent Flowers! You know what Summerscents are, right?"
"No? Well, think about that special smell of summertime -- that warm, carefree smell. That comes from Summerscent Flowers!"
"We garden-talents take ground-up petals to the mainland each summer, toss them into the breeze, and that makes the air smell like summertime!"
"Harvesting Summerscents is real important. I could sure use your help!"

Step 1
Accept this Quest?Once you agree, Rosetta is thrilled and gives you the first step.
Rosetta: "Oh good! You're a true pal, Pixie Name Here."
"Now, to get started we need to pluck all the Summerscent Flower petals. I'll do that -- it takes a very delicate touch."
"I need you to go ask Fawn to send some Shimmer Jays here to help gather the petals after I've plucked them all. Flap to it, sugar!"
Fly to Fawn's Hideout! You can get there from Maple Tree Hill.

Go to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask Fawn about Shimmer Jays.

Step 2
I’m here to see Fawn!Fawn: "Look, it's my favorite chickadee! ...What? Oh, thundering thistles, you're right -- it's time for the Summerscent harvest!"
"I'll ask my Shimmer Jay friends Hen and Peck to help Rosetta. But we should do something nice for them to say thanks, don't ya think?"
"There are some yummy bird snacks in Knothole Pantry. Let's go play Harvest Hustle!"
Fly to Pumpkin Patch. Earn 10,000 points playing Harvest Hustle. Return to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill when you are done!

Story So Far
You’re helping Rosetta harvest Summerscent Flowers. Go play Harvest Hustle!
Flap over to Pumpkin Patch and enter Knothole Pantry. Play Harvest Hustle until you reach a score of 10,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative). When you are finished playing, return to Fawn.

Earn 10,000 points playing Harvest Hustle in Knothole Pantry. Go meet Fawn in Knothole Pantry!
Step 3

Fawn: "Critterific! I'll give these snacks you collected to Hen and Peck after they help Rosetta. Knowing them, they'll gobble it all in about two seconds flat!"
"Hey, I just got an idea! Hold on a flap... Ah, here it is!"
"Tink made me this nut grinder. Why don't you take it to Rosetta? She can use it to grind up the Summerscent petals after they dry!"
Fly to Rosetta's Garden! You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights.
Story So Far
You’re helping Rosetta harvest Summerscent Flowers. Deliver Hen, Peck, the bird snacks and the grinder to Rosetta's Garden!
Head back to Rosetta's Garden and give Rosetta the nut grinder.
Step 4
I brought helpers and a grinder for Rosetta!Rosetta: "Is this Fawn's new grinder? You bet I can use it! I'll take Fawn some of my special Shamrock Soap later, as a thank-you."
"My, those Shimmer Jays are quick -- the Summerscent petals are almost all gathered up!"
"We'll need to dry them before we can grind them. Iridessa is just the light-talent for that job."
"Can you go ask her for, oh, let's see... about 10 warm rays and 10 dry rays? She'll know what I mean."
Fly to Iridessa's Glade! You can get there from Sunflower Gully.

Flap over to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully and ask Iridessa for some sun rays.
Step 5
I’m here to see Iridessa!Iridessa: "Hi there, sunshine! What’s glowing on?"
"Yes, I know it's Summerscent harvest day. I've been expecting Rosetta to send me a message. Don't worry, I know just what she needs."
"She uses sun rays to dry the petals. Warm rays start the drying process, and dry rays finish it."
"But I don't have enough Oak Leaf bags to hold all the sun rays she'll need. Can you gather some Oak Leaves for me?"
Gather 15 Oak Leaves and bring them to Iridessa's Glade.

Your first ingredient collecting task! You need to gather up some Oak Leaves, if you don’t have 15 already. Once you get the required 15 Oak Leaves, return to Dessa and give them to her.

"While I make the bags and capture the sun rays, I need you to gather some Meadow Grass. I'll tie the bags closed with it."
Gather 20 Meadow Grass and bring them to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully.

Another ingredient collecting task! This time you are searching for Meadow Grass, if you don’t have 20 already. Once you get the required 20 Meadow Grass, return to Iridessa and give them to her.
Step 7
I have Meadow Grass for Iridessa!Iridessa: "I'm glad you're back, sunshine. I just finished bagging the sun rays, and I need that Meadow Grass before any of them escape!"
"Whew! There we go."
"Done! Just deliver these bags to Rosetta, and she'll know what to do."
Fly to Rosetta's Garden! You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights.
Story So Far
You’re helping Rosetta harvest Summerscent Flowers. Deliver the sun rays to Rosetta’s Garden!
Head back over to Rosetta's Garden and take Rosetta some sun rays.
Step 8
I have sun rays for Rosetta!Rosetta: "Aren't sun rays amazing, sugar? They're so warm, and they tingle, too!"
"I have the Summerscent petals all laid out. While I open the bags and shake the sun rays down on them, I need you to do me one last favor."
"I'd like the weaving-talents to make me some Ivy storage baskets. Will you gather the Ivy?"
Gather 15 Ivy and bring them to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights.

If you are a Fairy, you will receive a pair of Seedling Green Twirly Wraps as shown below. Sparrow Men receive a pair of Pine Green Tall Tied Boots as shown below. You'll also receive 60 Talent Points, as well as unlock the following quest upon completion: Picking Contest.

History
Between 23 February 2010 and 16 June 2010, this quest was only available to Member players who were garden-talents. On 17 June 2010, it was fixed and re-instated as a quest that Member players of all talents could complete.
Originally, Sparrow Men were rewarded a pair of Seedling Green Tall Tied Boots as shown below.
