Hmmm - I liked the other version better - the logos stood out more as they were just the logos. My 2-cents. -- SpinMarty 06:41, 7 July 2008 (PDT)
You always knew my thoughts on the colors that had been used ;) Anyways the page was in need of some major updating and while I was at it I finally got around to revamping the page. Was hoping for a more subtle and congruous look. Thanks for the input, I'm interested to hear what others have to say as well.

I think what I liked about it was not necessarily the colors (which I know you thought were bright) but rather the stand-alone logos without the backgrounds (which make them look like they were cropped from the home pages.) Would it work with a logo and a more subtle color scheme? And yes, I would love to see what others think as well. I am easy either way - I just like the clean look :) -- SpinMarty 12:55, 7 July 2008 (PDT)
I think the backgrounds provide a nice tie in to the respective sister sites. This way the logos look a bit more natural, rather than just dropped on a plain background. Gives each of the site logos a bit more character and insight into the feeling of the game and the forum. The solid colors just seemed a bit too non-descript.--UpInTheAir 13:39, 7 July 2008 (PDT)
