The contact us is an essential part of the virtual magic community. Here, you can report problems, get feedback, and even write a letter to our beloved friend, the Yeti. To access the contact us page, you must go to www.vmk.com. This is the homepage and provides access to all virtual magic kingdom related information and events. To find the "Contact Us" button, first scroll down to the bottom of the screen. You will see a variety of different selections to choose from. Locate the "Contact Us" button and click on it, a new window should appear.
First you must let the virtual magic kingdom staff know whether you are a parent/guardian of a player or the actual player. Select the correct option and then click "Next" to continue. If you choose parent, a screen appears that prompts you to enter your problem. For parents that know their children's account information, VMK requests that the "player" option be selected. Selecting player takes you to another screen which allows you to enter your this information.
On the account information screen you need to fill in your log-in details. This information is needed so the virtual magic kingdom staff knows what player they are dealing with and confirm that it is your account. First type in your username. This is the same one you use to log-in to start playing VMK. Next, enter the birth date you supplied when you first joined the virtual magic kingdom. Once all of this information is entered, click next. You are now onto the main virtual magic kingdom contact us screen which is your major tool the magic kingdom.
Options
With your cursor, click the drop down menu, and see all of the options you can choose from. Select the Option that best fits the reason you are using Contact Us. Contact Us Options pertain to a variety of aspects of the game.
The current list of options are as follows:
- I can’t enter the kingdom
- I think I’m banned
- My coupon/quest didn’t print
- I’m Having Problems With my Secret Code
- I want to suggest a word for the VMK dictionary.
- I want to send in something for the newsletter
- I want to give feedback on a Community Leader
- A player is making me feel uncomfortable

I Can’t Enter the Kingdom
This Option is useful if you are having difficulty logging onto VMK. VMK players understand that at any given moment during your time in VMK, technical issues may arise. When these problem affect your ability to enter and begin playing VMK, this option can be used. There are a wide variety of problems that can occur with log-in. One example where using this Contact Us Option would be a good idea is in the case of a player getting sent back to the log-in page despite typing in a "correct" username and password. VMK Staff should be able to help sort out this issue when you share with them your problem though this option. When you write to VMK Staff, make sure you are specific about the type of problem you are experiencing. By providing accurate and to the point information, VMK Staff can better understand your issue.
I Think I’m Banned
This Option is related to the "I Can't Enter The Kingdom" Option because those who have been banned are not allowed to enter VMK for a set amount of time. If you are having difficulties logging into the game and think that it might be due to the fact that you have been banned from VMK, this is the Option you should use. VMK Staff response should be able to clarify this issue.
My Coupon/Quest Didn’t Print
Use this option when you are having trouble printing a VMK Quest or Coupon. Many In-Park Quests require the player to download and print the quest before going to the parks. If cannot get the quest to print, notify VMK through this Option. Coupons are sometimes awarded as a VMK reward. Coupons have been earned though things such as making the high score list in a particular VMK Mini-Game or completing the Hidden Mickey Quest. When you have won a coupon, VMK Sends you a message informing you of this. The message tells the player to click on the message in order to download the coupon. The coupon should open in a new window when players click on the message. If your coupon doesn't appear or you have problems printing out the coupon, use this Option.
When using this Contact Us Option about coupon problems, try to provide the following information about the issue at hand:
- Date you won the coupon.
- What you won the coupon for.
- Description of the problem.
Hopefully VMK Staff will be able to help you resolve this issue.
I’m Having Problems With my Secret Code
If you have a secret code that doesn't work or other problems with the secret code, this is the option you should use. VMK secret codes are often given on VMK Reward Card and from VMK promotional games. Codes that can be used by multiple players have also been published in Disney magazines and other Disney media. Most codes are only single use which means if you or somebody else has already used a code, nobody else will be able to use this type of code The codes can be redeemed within VMK in the inventory window. The codes awards your character with the appropriate item within the game. The prizes the codes are good for can range from credits, normal inventory items (furniture, pins, posters, clothes) or even guest rooms. The codes are 16 characters long and typing them in can be tricky. However, if you have confirmed that typing in the correct unused code is not giving you your reward, this Option is your way to alert VMK Staff of this problem. When using this Option, you might want to include the code that didn't work as well as what the code was supposed to give.
Another problem that would fall under this category and has been know to have happened is codes giving the wrong item. If you enter a designated for a certain item and get a different item, you can share this problem with VMK Staff via this Contact Us Option.
However, note that codes are subject to expiration and VMK has tried to warn all players that codes may no longer be valid under the discression of VMK.
I Want to Suggest a Word for the VMK Dictionary
Use this Option when there is a word, acronym or phrase in VMK that you would like to be able to use but is currently not a part of the dictionary. The VMK Dictionary is a list of words and phrases that are considered acceptable for players to use. The VMK Dictionary is constantly changing with new words being added and removed all the time. Yet there are often words that are appropriate that have not been included in the dictionary. If you have a word that you believe to be appropriate for VMK and that is NOT currently in the dictionary, you can submit your entry to VMK using this option. The following criteria provides a guideline of what you should include in your message:
- Your suggested words, separated by a comma (e.g. Mickey, hello, rotfl)
- An explanation of why you need these words in VMK.
When you send in your request you will not receive any reply from VMK. The best way to determine whether your suggestion has been accepted is to try typing it into VMK. One day you may be able to use a word that you asked for.
I Want to Send in Something for the Newsletter
The newsletter is the most popular thing you’ll see on the homepage. It’s the gateway for players to see what is really going down in the virtual kingdom they play in everyday, but VMK is full of talent. Do you have something you want to send into the kingdom? A song, a poem, anything? Here is where you can show your talent and send this in! VMK might even publish into their newsletter, and that is an accomplishment on your behalf.
I Want to give Feedback on a Community Leader
The virtual kingdom is filled with players called “community leaders” who are what we call official VMK helpers. They are chosen after sending in their applications, and later answering difficult questions that really make them have to think. They can be noticed and found by the CL_ in front of their title and have a special Sorcerer Mickey hat badge. Has a community leader being doing above and beyond, or maybe slacking off and not doing what they were chosen to do? Here is where to report the news! Write your compliments or complaints in this section. Simply put in the top box the community leader’s title (ex. CL_AwesomeTom). In the bottom box, put your e-mail address, so the virtual community can get back to you. Then, in the bottom box, write your compliments or complaints. VMK is full of community leaders, and VMK cannot monitor them all the time, so make sure you use this feature as much as possible. It helps VMK, the VMK staff, community, and you!
I Want to Become a Community Leader
This is probably one of the most used sections in the contact us. Have you ever wanted to be a community leader? Do you have the right stuff and know exactly what it takes? Then I suggest you take advantage, take charge, and use this feature. Here, you can send in your application to why you would make a great community leader. Make sure you supply your e-mail address to VMK. If you don’t remember this extremely important criteria to the entire process, VMK cannot send you your community leader questions, which is the next step in the process. Keep in mind that community leader spots only come every once and a while, and you will receive an automated message more then half the time you use this feature, explaining to you that the virtual magic kingdom thanks you for your time and effort, but they are not accepting anymore community leaders. Do not feel and sadness, just continue using the feature. One day, it will be the day you finally get your application sent in. It just takes time and patience.
A Player is Making me Feel Uncomfortable
Have you ever been made fun of in vmk for doing something out of the ordinary? Is someone constantly teasing and picking on you for no apparent reason on your behalf? Here is where you need to take charge and do the right thing. Using this feature, you can report and send in detailed information on the player(s) who might be bothering, teasing, or picking on you. It’s a hassle and un-necessary in such a magical world to have to be picked on, but always remember, if you see someone breaking the VMK values or teasing and bothering you, don’t take the long time getting to the contact us. Jump right into the HELP option on your VMK toolbar, found on the bottom part of your VMK screen once you are signed and logged in completely. Send in the required information through that first. Then use the contact us to get more precise and in depth information on the trouble making player.
I Want to Give Feedback on Something in VMK
VMK is full of things such as events and specials. Do you have something to say? Here is where to do it. Did you maybe like a big event that went on, or maybe have some suggestions? Here’s where it goes! VMK needs your help to make it a better place. Maybe you have an idea you want to send into to vmk? VMK is full of things actually sent in by players, which is then brought to life by the VMK team, but they need your imaginations first, so by using this option, you’re always helping the VMK community.
Push’s Trash Trivia
Have you checked out the new section in the newsletter titled Push’s Trash Trivia? It’s filled with questions that really test your brain, and lots of the questions cannot be found by using a search web browser. Do you know the answer to one of Push’s difficult questions? Here is where to send in your answer for an amazing pin, which is up for grab’s each week. Each week, three players will receive a prize if they sent in the correct answer to the previous week’s question. Here, in this section of the contact us, you can send in your answer. When sending in your answer, make sure your capitalization and spelling is completely correct. Only precise answers will be accepted and entered in the major drawing for the prize.
Dear Yeti…
Yes, are favorite furry and ferocious friend the Yeti has scored himself a special section in the newsletter. Have you ever noticed in VMK that he gives out great advice and lots of information pertaining to the virtual magic kingdom and Disney parks? Do you have something to ask the Yeti, pertaining about Disney parks, maybe a special event? Here’s where the Yeti can answer your questions. Simply send in your letter to the Yeti. You never know, he may be answering your question in the VMK weekly newsletter. He’s updated on most occasions every two weeks, so be on the lookout. He really likes hearing from the virtual magic kingdom community.
None of the Above
Of course, VMK cannot create a section for every small matter that pertains and involves the virtual magic kingdom. Do you have something to say that fit’s no where else? Well, of course, here is where it goes.
E-Mail Address
In many of these sections, you will need your e-mail address. The reason: VMK needs to reply to your questions, concerns, or other issues you sent in. Remember, if you’re under the age of 13, you should be using your parent/guardian’s e-mail address, for safety precautions and reasons.
G-Rated Information
VMK is a G-Rated site, meaning, VMK pertains to all ages. By using the contact us, you have been given the privilege to send in your thoughts, compliments, complaints, or issues. VMK gets lots of junk messages and it really blocks up and slows down their systems. Sending in matters such as this just make our VMK staff’s jobs much harder. Remember to keep all matters you send in G-Rated, so everyone is safe.
Other Contact Us Uses
VMK runs many special events that involve single work, teamwork, or the use of credits. By using the contact us during these special occasions, it makes VMK staff’s jobs easier when trying to sort these things out. In occasions for special events, new options will appear in the contact us drop down menu. Here are a few examples:

- Waterslide Team Ride Competition
- Space Race Single Ride Competition
- Give-A-Gift 2006
Each of these where issues that involved special events, and needed the use of another section to be added. Make sure to check the newsletter every week for more information on these possible entries in the contact us. Most of the time, these specials are only temporary, so in a few weeks or so, they will disappear from the contact us.
