To Acquire

During the 2011 Garden Tea Party event, member players had to complete the Garden Tea Party: Serving Tea quest to earn a Serving-Talent Hat. Once the hat was acquired, players wore the hat and flew into Palm Tree Cove. After using the Cake emote while in the meadow, the player would earn the badge.
