Based on Yavn speaks in the Newsletter 2 October 2006:
"Single Use Pins cannot be combined or traded."
so I don't see a point of having the tables saying the lasting/recharge time of more the different star levels of this magic. Also, recharge time doesn't make any sense as:
"Each Single Use Magic Pin can be used just one time, after you use the pin it disappears from your inventory."
My one concern is that in the Dancing Inferno Single use table, we had a time for the 5 star recharge which makes me wonder if the single use time is accurate or if someone just copied over the normal inferno table....
