Quick Quest Guide
This Quest has 7 steps.What you will need:
Sunflower Cookies: 12 Acorns, 15 Snowflakes, 5 Honeycombs and 15 Sunflower Seeds.
Other ingredients: 10 Snowflakes, 15 Meadow Grass and 10 Oak Leaves.
Quick Steps
- Go to Silvermist's Grotto and ask if she has any quests. Pick Troop Otter Spirit.
- Earn a score of 2,000 points on Bubble Bounce and return to Silvermist.
- Gather 10 Snowflakes and give them to Silvermist.
- Practice Tailor a Furry Knit Otter Hat in any color and return to Silvermist.
- Earn a score of 4,000 points on Snowflake Sweep and return to Silvermist.
- Go to Dulcie's Kitchen in Neverberry Thicket and personal bake 3 Sunflower Cookies.
- Gather 15 Meadow Grass and give them to Silvermist.
- Gather 10 Oak Leaves and give them to Silvermist.
- Pick your reward and the quest is over.
In Depth Quest Guide
This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.
Head over to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you'll be able to begin immediately. Upon starting the quest, Silvermist will greet you:
Silvermist: "Make a splash, come on, let's hear it! We're the otters and we have spirit!"
"What do you think? Camp Pixie Dust is celebrating Troop Otter, and the camp counselors asked me to build up otter spirit!"
"Say, if you help me, it would really cheer you up. Hee hee, get it?
CHEER you up? How about it, little sprinkle?"
Step 1
Accept this Quest?Once you agree, Silvermist is thrilled and gives you the first step.
Silvermist: "Ripple-rific! Say, how about this cheer?"
"There's nothing better in the water, Than a spirit-filled otter!"
"Nah, the first one's better. Anyway, did you know that otters call friendship OTTER BONDS? New friends mean new otter bonds!"
"Let's raise Troop Otter spirit by celebrating our otter bonds. We can start by helping our fishy friends by playing Bubble Bounce!"
Fly to Dewdrop Vale. Earn 2,000 points playing Bubble Bounce. Return to Silvermist's Grotto when you are done!

You're helping Silvermist raise Troop Otter spirit. Play Bubble Bounce!
It’s talent game time! Play Bubble Bounce until you reach a score of at least 2,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative), then return to Silvermist.
Step 2
I played Bubble Bounce with Silvermist!Silvermist: "You did a splashtastic job! Next, I'd like to make a water sculpture for a good friend of mine, the water-talent Marina."
"I want to make the sculpture special by adding sparkly Snowflakes to it. Will you gather Snowflakes for me?"
Gather 10 Snowflakes and bring them to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale.

It’s time to gather up some Snowflakes, if you don’t have 10 already. Once you get the required 10 Snowflakes, return to Silvermist and give them to her.
Step 3
I have Snowflakes for Silvermist!Silvermist: "Thanks, raindrop! I'll start on my sculpture while you raise more otter spirit by practicing the official Troop Otter craft -- a hat!"
"No, no… not a party hat, silly! Fly to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook and use Practice Tailoring to make a Furry Knit Otter Hat!"
Fly to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard. Use Practice Tailoring to make a Furry Knit Otter Hat. Return to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale when you are done!

Story So Far
You're helping Silvermist raise Troop Otter spirit. Fly to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook and Practice Tailor a Furry Knit Otter Hat!
Leave Silvermist's and fly up to Springtime Orchard. Enter Bobbin's Tailoring Nook. Select Practice Tailoring and choose Furry Knit Otter Hat from the list. When you are done tailoring the Furry Knit Otter Hat, return to Silvermist.
Step 4
I practiced making a Furry Knit Otter Hat!Silvermist: "Ripple-rific! I'm just about done with my water sculpture, but it needs something else to spice it up. Hm..."
"I know! Pink and blue snowflake accents! Will you get pink and blue snowflakes for me?"
"You can get them by playing Snowflake Sweep!"
Fly to Evergreen Overlook and earn 4,000 points playing Snowflake Sweep. Return to Silvermist's Grotto when you are done!

More talent game practice! Play Snowflake Sweep until you reach a score of at least 4,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative), then return to Silvermist.
Step 5
I have pink and blue snowflakes for Silvermist!Silvermist: "Splashtastic! I'm going to go put them on my statue..."
"I'll just sprinkle them over the top like this and… my statue is complete!"
"I've already asked some delivery fish to take it to Marina by way of Soapstone Stream. I'd like to give the fish a gift for their trouble."
"Pixie Hollow fishies love cookies, did you know that? I need you to fly to Dulcie's Kitchen and bake a batch of Sunflower Cookies!"
Fly to Dulcie's Kitchen in Neverberry Thicket and use Personal Baking to make 3 Sunflower Cookies. Bring them to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale when you are done!

Story So Far
You're helping Silvermist raise Troop Otter spirit. Go bake a batch of Sunflower Cookies at Dulcie's Kitchen!
This baking task must be completed in Dulcie's Kitchen, which is located in Neverberry Thicket. The Sunflower Cookies recipe is unlocked at Talent Level 1. Try for a high quality score so that you earn all 3 cookies in the first batch. If you don’t make the 3 Sunflower Cookies needed the first time baking, continue to Personal Bake until you do. Fly back to Silvermist's when you have completed your baking task.
Step 6
I baked Sunflower Cookies for Silvermist!Silvermist: "Oh, raindrop, did you hear what happened?! On the way to Marina's, the delivery fish dropped my sculpture! It was almost ruined!"
"But little Goldie the Goldfish saved it! Can you believe it? And she did it all by herself!"
"Goldie really deserves a thank-you gift. I bet she would like something pretty. Will you go collect some Meadow Grass so I can make her a nice new bow?"
Collect 15 Meadow Grass and bring them to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale!

You're helping Silvermist raise Troop Otter spirit. Collect Meadow Grass to make a gift for Goldie!
More ingredient collecting! This time you are searching for Meadow Grass, if you don’t have 15 already. Once you get the required 15 Meadow Grass, return to Silvermist and give them to her.
Step 7
I have Meadow Grass for Silvermist!Silvermist: "You know what? I usually pick a Lucky Fish each summer, but I didn't this year because I've been so busy with Camp Pixie Dust."
"But I'm going to pick one now. Goldie saved my sculpture, and that's what I call lucky. I think she should be this year's Lucky Fish!"
"I should send a note to all the Ministers to let them know I picked a Lucky Fish, but I don't have any writing leaves. Will you gather some Oak Leaves?"
Gather 10 Oak Leaves and bring them to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale.

More ingredient collecting! This time you are collecting Oak Leaves, if you don’t have 10 already. Once you get the required 10 Oak Leaves, return to Silvermist and give them to her.

I have Oak Leaves for Silvermist!Silvermist: "Thanks! Now that Goldie is our Lucky Fish, you can share her good luck by searching for her in the stream in Havendish Square!"
"And here's a little present for helping me raise Troop Otter spirit. It's for your Fairy Garden!"
"By the way, you can raise even more otter spirit by gathering 4 friends in Dewdrop Vale. You all need to wear the Water-Talent Tee."
"Then all of you use the special Troop Otter emote at the same time for a spirited otter surprise!'"

You will receive a Never Silver Lily Pad Pond, as shown below as your reward. You will also earn 85 Talent Points.
