2007 and 2008 Release and Retire Dates

While adding the retire date for the Treasure Detector Magic for the New Years Bash, I decided to add the dates from last year's Bash (2007) as well. I think they are correct, but I'll try to look for confirmation. --TravisSch 11:51, 1 January 2008 (CST)

Yes, I remember last year of it being out last year for New Years, I got the Hong Kong Disneyland Poster Green in one room, and I crashed, I came back later, and my friends told me that they all got the treasure magic, and they all had it on, drat! lol --Haveamagicalday

HOST Prize?

This pin is a prize in Phinny's "Now You See It.." event tonight. Should we wait to see if it's a host prize tomorrow before adding the HOST_ prize label? --TravisSch 20:19, 14 January 2008 (CST)

If it's a host prize tonight, we should add the HOST_ Prize template now. Haveamagicalday (Talk | Contributions) 20:45, 14 January 2008 (CST)

Location

The location field is getting a bit large. Should we change our policy, at least for this, to not mention every single host quest its available in, since these could be covered under the host prize label? --Prisoner 14:02, 4 March 2008 (CST)

I'd like to have the quests where you could obtain this item listed...however I have never been a fan of the the way it looks when a field gets this large. I would suggest adding on the the actual item page itself by including a section where we provide a list of quests where the magic was a prize and just linking to that section of the page in the location field.--UpInTheAir 14:54, 4 March 2008 (CST)

Hows that? (I added a "more" link and the items in a bulleted list outside the table, which should only show up on the full listing.) --Prisoner 15:12, 4 March 2008 (CST)

I love the "more" template, I think it's adorable. I did add a How to Obtain section to the page as I felt the information we were presenting in the table was disjointed. I linked both the "more" link and the "How to Acquire" areas to this section. --UpInTheAir 15:35, 4 March 2008 (CST)

Pin Name Change

The TD magic pin changed in VMK. It is now called "Treasure Detector Magic Single Use". I don't know how to edit the name though. --TravisSch 20:20, 5 March 2008 (CST)

I've moved the page to the proper name and made a note of the former name. I did go back and rename all pages that link here so that if the redirect ever gets deleted we won't have any issues. I am leaving the redirect for the time being as it is legitimate having been a former name of the item.--UpInTheAir 21:34, 5 March 2008 (CST)

Horizons Pin. . .

I won my Horizons pin from TD magic on May 20, 2008. Although, I'm not sure if it had been released on that day, or sometime earlier. . .

Where should I put it? (Sorry, I don't have a picture of the message :( )--GoodPolarGirl 10:28, 7 August 2008 (PDT)

Currently we have the Horizons Pin listed as being released on 20 May 2008. While the release dates for many of the May 2008 items are a bit iffy and subject to change should any additional evidence be found, I would keep things consistent and go based off of what we have listed. I would put the Horizons Pin under the "Starting 20 May 2008" section for both full and single use TD. I'm sure there are other TD prize items that haven't made their way onto these pages as well, although I think we did a decent job with marking the TD prizes on the item pages with the TD prize template.--UpInTheAir 11:13, 7 August 2008 (PDT)
