Trainers
Trainers reside in all blacksmith stores. They can for a fee, starting at 250 gold, allow you to completely reallocate all your skill points for a particular skill. Once you pay the trainer, go to your Skills page and start reassigning your skill points.

Game Tip: To re-assign a skill point, visit any Trainer inside a Gunsmith or Blacksmith Shop on Tortuga, Port Royal, or Padres del Fuego.
