The Resistance Salute emote cannot be learnt through a Cattlelog acting lesson. Instead you must visit Talking In Your Sleep Voice Training on Pajama Place in Donald's Dreamland, once inside use the Speedchat phrase "Would you like some help?" and you will be awarded with the ability to use the Resistance Salute emote.
