To Acquire

During the 2013 Garden Tea Party event, players had to fly to Cassie's Costume Shop and buy the Tea-Brewing Hat. Once the hat was acquired, players wore the hat and flew into The Tearoom. After using the Teacup emote while in the meadow, the player would earn the badge.
