To Acquire

During the 2011 Garden Tea Party event, member players had to complete the Garden Tea Party: Sharing Tea quest to earn a Teatime Hat. Once the hat was acquired, players wore the hat and flew into either Neverfruit Grove or Sunflower Gully. After using the Teacup emote while in the meadow, the player would earn the badge.
