To Acquire
During the Sister Celebration event, players had to collect and wear a Snowflake Blue Sparkly Wings Necklace from The Ballroom. Then fly to Frosted Forest with a Fairy friend. To earn the badge, both pixies had to put up the Sparkly Wings emote at the same time.
