Mission: Fashion (Quest)

Mission: Fashion is a quest you can get from Rosetta. Upon completion, you will get the following as your reward: Curved Calla Lily Skirt Iris Purple.


Prerequisites: Lumpy Trouble must be completed.

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and ask her if she has any quests. If you have finished the quest, Lumpy Trouble, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do. Upon starting the quest, Rosetta will greet you:

Rosetta: "Oh, Fairyname Here, you couldn't have come at a better time! Have you heard about the new Arrival? Her name is Nutmeg Sweetspice, and she's quite the little baking-talent!" "But sufferin' seedlings, does she have a problem! Nutmeg came to visit yesterday, lookin' for seeds to make a batch of poppy puff rolls. She took one look at my Long Lily Skirt and just started gushin'!" "The poor thing thinks she's got no fashion sense at all, and she asked me if I would put a little somethin' together for her." "Now, I didn't see much not to like -- she had on the nicest little Daisy Wrap top with a perfectly practical Bark Brown Grass Skirt. But she says it's a fashion emergency, and who was I to argue?" "Here's what I'm thinkin'. You've got great style yourself, so why don't the two of us work together and make Nutmeg something special? A little welcome to the Hollow gift!"

Step 1

Once you agree, Rosetta is thrilled and gives you the next step.

Rosetta: "Wonderful! Now, how about we start with a top?" "Go visit Bobbin's Tailoring Nook an' put together the top you think would look best. Pick a color that will go with Nutmeg's hair, too -- it's a beautiful dark red. I'll visit Bella and find some nice jewelry."

Go to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard and Personal Tailor a top for Nutmeg Sweetspice. Progress: 0 of 1

You and Rosetta are going to make stylish clothes for the New Arrival, Nutmeg Sweetspice. Rosetta wants you to make a top first.

Go to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard, and make a shirt in Personal Tailoring. It doesn't what top you make or the color. Once you finish the top return to Rosetta.

Step 2

Rosetta: "Sugarplum, that top really is sweet. It's just right for a baking-talent!" "Now let's have you make a matching skirt. Go visit Bobbin again -- I'm still lookin' for just the right jewelry."

Go to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard and Personal Tailor a skirt for Nutmeg Sweetspice. Progress: 0 of 1

Story So Far

You and Rosetta are going to make stylish clothes for the New Arrival, Nutmeg Sweetspice. You made a top. Now it's time to make a skirt.

Go back to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard, and make a skirt in Personal Tailoring. It doesn't what skirt you make or the color. Once you finish the skirt return to Rosetta.

Step 3

Rosetta: "Oh, that's nice, real nice! Nutmeg will love it, sweet beet. But you ARE gonna make some matching shoes, too, right?" "Go on and visit Mendy's Tailoring Nook over in Maple Tree Hill. She'll help you make shoes. Remember to dye 'em to match the outfit!"

Go to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill and make shoes for Nutmeg Sweetspice. Progress: 0 of 1

Story So Far

Go to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill, and make a pair of shoes in Personal Tailoring. It doesn't what shoes you make or the color. Once you finish the shoes return to Rosetta.

Step 4

Rosetta: "I just LOVE those slippers, sugar. This is going to be a really special outfit. But we're not done yet!" "I'm having a terrible time finding jewelry that'll suit our new little baking-talent. While I keep at it, you should make Nutmeg a nice new sash. I know"

Go back to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill and makea sash for Nutmeg Sweetspice. Progress: 0 of 1

Story So Far

You and Rosetta are going to make stylish clothes for the New Arrival, Nutmeg Sweetspice. You made a matching top and skirt with slippers. Now you need to make a sash.

Go back to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill, and make a sash in Personal Tailoring. It doesn't what sash you make or the color. Once you finish the sash return to Rosetta.

Step 5

Rosetta: "Oh, Fairyname Here, it's perfect! My, you're quite the tailor, sweet pea. Good for you!" "Too bad I haven't had any luck finding Nutmeg some nice jewelry. Nothing seems right for her!" "Hold on a second... a petal chain! I'll make one for Nutmeg! Oh, it'll be perfect!" "Let's go to Whispering Winds. We need to catch us a whole passel of flower petals! You go on ahead, I'll meet you there!"

Fly to Whispering Winds in Cherryblossom Heights and earn 10,000 points playing Petal Pick-Up. Return to Rosetta's Garden when you're done! Progress: 0 of 10000

You and Rosetta are going to make stylish clothes for the New Arrival, Nutmeg Sweetspice. You made a entire outfit! Now you're helping Rosetta make some jewelry.

Play Petal Pick-Up in Cherryblossom Heights. Once you get the score of 10,000 needed, quit the game or play until you finish then return to Rosetta.

Step 6

Rosetta: "This is more than enough petals to make a nice long petal chain for Nutmeg. But I need string to thread the petals together." "Will you go ask Fawn if she can spare any spider silk string?"

Visit Fawn in her hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask her if she cna spare any spider silk string.

You and Rosetta are going to make stylish clothes for the New Arrival, Nutmeg Sweetspice. You made a entire outfit, an extra top and a belt. Now you're helping Rosetta make some jewelry.

Go to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask Fawn for some spider silk string.

Step 7

Fawn: "Ah-ha! I know that look Fairyname Here! You need something, don't you?" "Rosetta's making a petal chain? Sure, I can spare a little spider silk string. In fact, take a whole ball of it."

Take the spider silk string to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights.

Go back to Rosetta's Garden and give Rosetta the spider silk string.

Rosetta: "She gave you a whole ball of string? Hmm... I bet she wants me to make her another petal chain. She just loves the first one I made her!" "Well, pumpkin, I think we're done for now. The outfit is ready, and I'll make the chain right away." "Thanks so much for all your help. I just know Nutmeg will love what we've done! Oh, and I have something for you too..." "I hope you like it- it's a lovely skirt made by yours truly!"

Your Reward

You'll receive a Curved Calla Lily Skirt Iris Purple as shown below. You also unlock the following quests upon completion: Summerscent Harvest and More Fashion.
