Mission: Fashion (Quest)

Back to the Pixie Hollow Quests for Members page Mission: Fashion is a quest you can get from Rosetta. Upon completion, you will get the following as your reward: Curved Calla Lily Skirt Iris Purple (Fairies) or Cargo Shorts Iris Purple (Sparrow Men). Prerequisites: Rosetta's Roses must be completed. Quick Quest Guide

This Quest has 7 steps.

What you will need: 17 Pine Needles (to buy 1 Bottle of Crimson Red Dye), 25 Snowflakes (to buy 1 Bottle of Moonshadow Blue Dye), 25 Sunflower Seeds (to buy 1 Bottle of Zucchini Green Dye), 25 Honeycombs (to buy 1 Bottle of Sunset Orange Dye), and enough Ingredients to create 4 Personal Tailoring items.

Quick Steps

• Go to Rosetta's Garden and ask if she has any quests. Pick Mission: Fashion.
• Fly to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard and Personal Tailor any top you like using Crimson Red Dye, then return to Rosetta.
• Return to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook and Personal Tailor any skirt or pair of trousers using Moonshadow Blue Dye, and return to Rosetta.
• Go to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill and Personal Tailor any pair of shoes using Zucchini Green Dye, and return to Rosetta.
• Return to Mendy's Tailoring Nook and Personal Tailor any belt or sash using Sunset Orange Dye, and return to Rosetta.
• Earn a score of 10,000 points on Petal Pick-Up and return to Rosetta.
• Fly to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill to visit Fawn.
• Return to Rosetta.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and ask her if she has any quests. If you have finished the quest Rosetta's Roses, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you can begin the quest immediately. Upon starting the quest, Rosetta will greet you:

Rosetta: "Pixie Name Here! Have you heard about the new Arrival? Wren Figmuse? What an amazin’ little baking-talent!"
"But the poor thing’s got no fashion sense. Wren absolutely gushed over my outfit an’ asked if I’d help out with some tailorin’."
"Here's what I'm thinkin'. You've got great style yourself, so why don't we work together an’ make Wren a little welcome-to-the-Hollow outfit?"

Step 1

Accept this Quest?

Once you agree, Rosetta is thrilled and gives you the first step.

Rosetta: "Wonderful! Now, how about we start with a top?"
"Go visit Bobbin's Tailoring Nook an' make a nice top in any style. Use Crimson Red Dye so it matches Wren’s hair. I’ll visit the shops to find a nice necklace."

Fly to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard. Use Personal Tailoring to make any top using Crimson Red Dye from Colette's Colors in Chilly Falls. Fly to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and give this item to Rosetta when you are done!

Story So Far

You and Rosetta are going to make stylish clothes for the new Arrival, Wren Figmuse. Fly to Bobbin’s Tailoring Nook and make any style top using Crimson Red Dye!

The first thing you need to do for this step of the quest is to see if you own a Bottle of Crimson Red Dye. If not, flit up to Chilly Falls and purchase one from Colette's Colors. When you have your bottle of dye, head over to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard. Choose Personal Tailoring and make a top. It doesn't matter which one you make as long as you use your Crimson Red Dye. Just make sure you have the ingredients required for the pattern you select. Once you finish tailoring, return to Rosetta.

Step 2

I’m bringing Wren’s new top to Rosetta!

Rosetta: "Sugarplum, that top is PERFECT. Just right for a baking-talent!"
"Now let's have you make a matching skirt or maybe a pair of trousers using ... let’s see ... Moonshadow Blue Dye this time. Go visit Bobbin again! I'll continue lookin' for accessories."

Fly to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard. Use Personal Tailoring to make any skirt or pair of trousers using Moonshadow Blue Dye from Colette's Colors in Chilly Falls. Fly to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and give this item to Rosetta when you are done!

You and Rosetta are making stylish clothes for the new Arrival, Wren Figmuse. Return to Bobbin’s Tailoring Nook and make any skirt or pair of trousers using Moonshadow Blue Dye from Colette’s Colors.

The first thing you need to do for this step of the quest is to see if you own a Bottle of Moonshadow Blue Dye. If not, flap back up to Chilly Falls and purchase one from Colette's Colors. When you have your bottle of dye, return to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard. Choose Personal Tailoring and make a skirt or pair of trousers. Again, it doesn't matter which one you make as long as you use your Moonshadow Blue Dye. Just make sure you have the ingredients required for the pattern you select. Once you finish tailoring, return to Rosetta.

Step 3

I’m bringing Wren’s new clothes to Rosetta!

Rosetta: "Oh, Wren will love it, sugar! But, well ... you ARE gonna make shoes, too, right? I mean, whoever heard of a new outfit without new shoes?"
"Flap on over to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Make whichever shoes you think Wren might like. This time, use Zucchini Green Dye!"

Fly to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Use Personal Tailoring to make any pair of shoes you like using Zucchini Green Dye from Prism's Paints in Pumpkin Patch. Fly to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and give this item to Rosetta when you are done!

You and Rosetta are making stylish clothes for the new Arrival, Wren Figmuse. Fly to Mendy’s Tailoring Nook and make any pair of shoes using Zucchini Green Dye from Prism’s Paints.

The first thing you need to do for this step of the quest is to see if you own a Bottle of Zucchini Green Dye. If not, flutter over to Pumpkin Patch and purchase one from Prism's Paints. When you have your bottle of dye, fly up to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Choose Personal Tailoring and make a pair of shoes. Again, it doesn't matter which pair you make as long as you use your Zucchini Green Dye. Make sure you have the ingredients required for the pattern you select. Once you finish tailoring, return to Rosetta.

Step 4

I’m bringing Wren’s new shoes to Rosetta!

Rosetta: "I just LOVE those shoes, sugar. This is going to be one AMAZIN’ outfit. But we're not done yet!"
"I'm having a terrible time findin’ a necklace for our new baking-talent. While I keep at it, you go make Wren a new belt. Use’ [sic] Sunset Orange Dye, okay?"

Fly to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Use Personal Tailoring to make any belt you choose, using Sunset Orange Dye from Sunny's Shades in Neverfruit Grove. Fly to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and give this item to Rosetta when you are done!

Story So Far

You and Rosetta are making stylish clothes for the new Arrival, Wren Figmuse. Return to Mendy’s Tailoring Nook and make any style of belt you like using Sunset Orange Dye from Sunny’s Shades.

The first thing you need to do for this step of the quest is to see if you own a Bottle of Sunset Orange Dye. If not, fly down to Neverfruit Grove and purchase one from Sunny's Shades. When you have your bottle of dye, fly back to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Choose Personal Tailoring and make a belt or sash. Again, it doesn't matter which one you make as long as you use your Sunset Orange Dye. And make sure you have the ingredients required for the pattern you select. Once you finish tailoring, return to Rosetta.

Step 5

I’m bringing Wren’s new belt to Rosetta!

Rosetta: "Oh, Pixie Name Here, it's perfect! My, you're quite the tailor. Good for you!"
"Too bad I haven't had any luck finding Wren a necklace. Nothing seems quite right!"
"Hold on a second ... a petal chain! I'll make a petal chain for Wren! Oh, it will be perfect!"
"Let's go to Whispering Winds. We need to catch us a whole passel of flower petals! You go on ahead, I'll meet you there!"

Fly to Cherryblossom Heights. Earn 10,000 points playing Petal Pick-Up in Whispering Winds. Return to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights when you're done!

Story So Far

You and Rosetta are making stylish clothes for the new Arrival, Wren Figmuse. Go meet Rosetta in Whispering Wind. You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights!

Leave Rosetta’s and flit up to the top of Cherryblossom Heights to enter Whispering Winds. Play Petal Pick-Up until you reach a score of 10,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative). When you are finished playing, return to Rosetta.

Step 6

I caught flower petals with Rosetta!

Rosetta: "These are more than enough petals to make a nice long petal chain for Wren. But I need string to thread the petals together."
"Will you go ask Fawn if she can spare any spider silk string?"

Fly to Fawn's Hideout! You can get there from Maple Tree Hill.

Story So Far

You and Rosetta are making stylish clothes for the new Arrival, Wren Figmuse. Visit Fawn!

Flit over to Fawn's Hideout which can be found in Maple Tree Hill and ask Fawn for some spider silk string.

Step 7

I’m here to see Fawn.

Fawn: "Ah-ha! I know that look Pixie Name Here! You need somethin’, don'tcha? Oh, Rosetta is making a petal chain? Sure, I have spider silk string she can use."
"Don’t tell her I said this but, uh, I lost the last petal chain she made me. Hey, it wasn’t my fault! A field mouse grabbed it right off my arm an’ buried it!"
"Anyway, here’s the string. Good luck!"

Fly to Rosetta's Garden! You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights.

Story So Far

You and Rosetta are making stylish clothes for the new Arrival, Wren Figmuse. Take Fawn’s spider silk string to Rosetta!

Return to Rosetta's Garden and give Rosetta the spider silk string.

"I hope you like it -- I made it myself!"
