This blueprint originally required only 3 Spider Silk for Personal Tinkering.

Prior to 20 April 2011

With the release of Talent Levels on 20 April 2011, the tailoring process was updated. Tailoring Points were no longer necessary. Before these changes took place, the following steps were required to complete the pattern.
