Gifts

A special type of furniture, gifts allow VMK players to exchange holiday greetings. Spread some holiday cheer by trading the gift, leaving the gift in someone's guest room, or by using it as a quest kiosk reward. The Yeti teaches VMK players about this item here.

Giving Gifts

After purchasing a gift, double click the item in your inventory window to customize it.

Here you can choose your "Greeting Layout" and add a message.

Choosing a Layout

Currently there are four layouts to choose from:

Donald Card		Mickey Card
Holiday Card 1		Holiday Card 2

Write Your Greeting

Add your own personal message to the gift by highlighting either the bold title text or the smaller message body text.

This is the greeting that will be viewed by all who click the present.

You can still change your Greeting Layout once you have written your message and the text will remain the same.

There is a different title text color depending on which layout you choose. These colors are as follows:

Once you have chosen your desired background and greeting, click the "OK" button to save. Keep in mind that the greeting cannot be changed once it has been saved.

Now the only thing left to do is to deliver the gift. The gift can be traded, left in a guest room, or rewarded via quest kiosk.

Receiving Gifts

If you receive a gift from someone, double click it to read the greeting inside.
