Fairy Feast Mystery (Quest)

Quick Quest Guide
This Quest has 6 steps.What you will need: 8 Feathers, as well as enough baked goods to renew your Pixie Dust when you enter the wilderness.
Personal Tailoring: 1 Bottle of Foxtail Orange Dye (which costs 10 Spider Silk), and enough ingredients to personal tailor any belt or sash.
Sweet Tea Light: 15 Spider Silk, 5 Acorns, 2 Yellow Gems, and 2 bottles of Iris Purple Dye (which costs 10 Spider Silk each).
Quick Steps
- Go to Iridessa’s Glade and ask her if she has any quests. Pick Fairy Feast Mystery.
- Fly to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale and speak to Silvermist.
- Return back to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully and speak to Iridessa.
- Fly over to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill and select Personal Tailoring to make any pattern you choose using Foxtail Orange Dye and bring it to Iridessa.
- Earn a score of 6,000 points playing Butterfly Painter, then fly back to Iridessa.
- Enter The Bubbly Bog in Dewdrop Vale and gather 8 Feathers, then return to Iridessa.
- Personal Tinker a Sweet Tea Light using Iris Purple Dye and give it to Iridessa.
- Pick your reward and the quest is over.
In Depth Quest Guide
This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.
Stop by Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Dessa will greet you:
Iridessa: "How strange! I just got a leaf invitation for a Fairy Feast dinner, but there's no name on it. So who sent it?"
"You know what I think, Pixie Name Here? I think this is a job for…"
"BRIGHT EYES, FAIRY DETECTIVE! And YOU get to be my Clever Sidekick, alright?"
Step 1
Accept this Quest?Accept the quest and Iridessa is thrilled and gives you the first step.
Iridessa: "Very good, Clever Sidekick. As we say in the detective biz, let's look for clues!"
"Hmm. See the ruffled edges on this leaf paper? Our mysterious invitation was written on a leaf from a ruffle tree."
"The only ruffle trees in Pixie Hollow grow in Silvermist's Grotto. While I look for more clues, will you go talk to Silvermist?"
Fly to Silvermist's Grotto. You can get there from Dewdrop Vale!

Head up to Dewdrop Vale and enter Silvermist's Grotto. Speak with Sil.
Step 2
I'm Clever Sidekick, here to see Silvermist!Silvermist: "Hi, dewdrop! Oops, I mean, Clever Sidekick. Let me guess - Bright Eyes is on a case, right? Hee hee, I knew it! So how can I help?"
"No, I haven't seen anything unusual near the ruffle trees… well, except for a feather. A big purple one. Oh, and a strange footprint, too!"
"Here, I'll draw it for you so you can see what it looked like."
"Here's a picture of it. You'd better show it to Bright Eyes right away!"
Fly to Iridessa's Glade. You can get there from Sunflower Gully!

Now flap back to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully and talk to Dessa again.
Step 3
Clever Sidekick here, looking for Bright Eyes!Iridessa: "Sil told you she found this footprint near a purple feather? Hm, it does look unusual, but I know who can help - Mendy the shoe expert!"
"Clever Sidekick, I need to check Mendy's storeroom. In return for that favor, would you tailor something with her? Make any item you want."
"You see, it makes Mendy really happy to see pixies work on their tailoring skills. Say, use Foxtail Orange Dye. She likes that color."
Fly to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Use Personal Tailoring to make any item you choose. Use Foxtail Orange Dye from Daisy's Dyes in Cherryblossom Heights. Fly to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully when you are done!

You're helping Bright Eyes, Fairy Detective, find out who sent her a mysterious Fairy Feast invitation. Fly to Mendy's Tailoring Nook and make any item you choose using Foxtail Orange Dye!
The first thing you need to do for this step of the quest is to see if you own a Bottle of Foxtail Orange Dye. If not, purchase one from Daisy's Dyes in Cherryblossom Heights. When you have your bottle of dye, head over to Mendy's Tailoring Nook located in Maple Tree Hill. A tailoring pattern will be available for you to Personal Tailor from the moment you join the Hollow. Select any pattern you want from the list, but make sure you have the ingredients required for the pattern you select. Be sure to use your Foxtail Orange Dye! When you are finished tailoring, fly back to Iridessa.
Step 4
I practiced my tailoring skills with Mendy!Iridessa: "Brilliant! And I discovered what kind of shoe made our mysterious footprint - magical Sleek-Foot Slippers. They make pixies run fast."
"You know, if there's one talent guild that's always in a hurry, it's the tinkers. Maybe Tinker Bell knows something about this."
"She's at Butterfly Painter. I'm sure she'll be happy to talk to me if you help her paint some butterflies first. Go play Butterfly Painter!"
Fly to Palm Tree Cove. Earn 6,000 points playing Butterfly Painter. Return to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully when you are done!

It’s talent game time! Play Butterfly Painter until you reach a score of at least 6,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative), then return back to Dessa.
Step 5
I played Butterfly Painter with Tinker Bell!Iridessa: "You must have done a flashtastic job, Clever Sidekick, because Tink told me something very interesting afterwards."
"Whoever wrote the invitation used a special purple paint that Tink invented to paint rare Purple Dot Butterflies."
"Tink said that one of the paint's ingredients is Vidia Purple Dye, which Vidia gives her in exchange for feathers."
"That's it! Clever Sidekick, I need to test a theory! Hurry to Bubbly Bog and gather feathers!"
Enter the Bubbly Bog Wilderness and gather 8 Feathers. Return to Iridessa… or rather, Bright Eyes when you are done!

An ingredient collecting task! Leave Iridessa's Glade and fly to The Bubbly Bog located in Dewdrop Vale. You are searching for Feathers in the wilderness, if you don't have 8 already. Once you get the required 8 Feathers, hurry and give them to Dessa. Be sure to have enough baked goods made prior to entering the Wilderness!
Step 6
I have Feathers for Bright Eyes!Iridessa: "Hurry, let me see those Feathers, Clever Sidekick. I need to compare them to the writing on the invitation!"
"I'm right! This invitation was written using a feather quill, not a writing twig! And do you know who ALWAYS writes with a feather quill?"
"The same Fairy who loves to go fast so much that she has Sleek-Foot Slippers and uses purple ink and drops purple feathers by ruffle trees!"
"It's VIDIA! Wow, this calls for something special! Will you help me make her a gift by tinkering a Sweet Tea Light? Use Iris Purple Dye!"
Fly to Copper's Tinkering Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Use Personal Tinkering to make a Sweet Tea Light. Use Iris Purple Dye from Daisy's Dyes in Cherryblossom Heights. Fly to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully and give this item to Iridessa… that is, Bright Eyes when you are done!

Story So Far
Help Bright Eyes by making a gift for Vidia. Fly to Copper's Tinkering Nook and Personal Tinker a Sweet Tea Light using Iris Purple Dye from Daisy's Dyes!
Flap up from Iridessa's Glade and enter Copper's Tinkering Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Choose Personal Tinkering and make a Sweet Tea Light using a bottle of Iris Purple Dye. Make sure you have the ingredients required for the blueprint you select. When you are done tinkering the Sweet Tea Light, return to Iridessa.

I tinkered a Sweet Tea Light as a gift for Vidia!Iridessa: "Shimmerific work, Clever Sidekick! This gift will show Vidia that her invitation means a lot to me."
