Quick Steps

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field and ask her if she has any quests. Once you have reached Talent Level 20, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you'll be able to begin immediately. Upon starting the quest, Tinker Bell will greet you:

Tinker Bell: "What's flapping, Pixie Name Here? You have 7 Talent Skills now. How about a little practice?"
"I'm designing tinker-talent work clothes. Not quite a uniform, more like a standard work outfit. It's sort of an experiment."
"The sewing-talents will make the actual outfit, but they asked me to give them a sample outfit to work from."
"Do you want to help me make it? You'll get some Talent Skills practice in the bargain!"

Step 1

Accept this quest?

Once you agree, Tinker Bell is thrilled and gives you the first step.

Tinker Bell: "Flitterific! Let's start with a top. Will you go make a top at Bobbin's Tailoring Nook? It can be any style you like, but use June Bug Green Dye!"

Fly to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard. Use Personal Tailoring to make any top you choose. Use June Bug Green Dye from Daisy's Dyes in Cherryblossom Heights. Fly to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field and give this item to Tinker Bell when you are done!

Story So Far

You're helping Tinker Bell create a tinker-talent outfit. Fly to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook and Personal Tailor any top you like using June Bug Green Dye!

The first thing you need to do for this step of the quest is to see if you own a Bottle of June Bug Green Dye. If not, flit on over to Cherryblossom Heights and purchase one from Daisy's Dyes. When you have your bottle of dye, head over to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard. Choose Personal Tailoring and make a top. It doesn't matter which one you make as long as you use your June Bug Green Dye. Just make sure you have the ingredients required for the pattern you select. Once you finish tailoring, return to Tinker Bell.

Step 2

I tailored a green top for Tinker Bell!

Tinker Bell: "That's a beautiful top, Pixie Name Here! Thank you! Now, before we go any further, we need to get a question answered."
"I'm thinking of making the skirt or trousers of my outfit really tough so they don't rip easily. I think a layer of Spider Silk might do the trick."
"The Spiders in The Never Mine would know for sure. Will you fly there and help 5 Spiders? One of them is bound to have my answer!"

Fly to Chilly Falls, enter The Never Mine Wilderness, and help 5 Spiders. Return to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field when you are done!

Step 3

I helped 5 Spiders in The Never Mine!

Tinker Bell: "Did one of the Spiders know if Spider Silk will make skirts and trousers tougher?"
"They all said YES? Flaptastic! I need you to go gather Spider Silk!"

Step 4

I have Spider Silk for Tinker Bell!

Tinker Bell: "Great! Now we need to choose what thread to use."
"The sewing-talents told me they use thick spider strands for really strong thread. I want my final outfit to be sewn with it."
"There are nice thick spider strands in Spider Silk Grotto. Will you get some by playing Water Web?"

Fly to Neverberry Thicket. Earn 8,000 points playing Water Web. Return to Tinker's Nook when you are done!

Step 5

I got thick spider strands by playing Water Web!

Tinker Bell: "Great! Now let's move on to make a work hat. We tinker-talents face dangers while we work, you know."
"There might be falling tool bins, or loose srpings bouncing around, or Cheese the mouse knocking things over. Hats can help protect us."
"I think an Acorn cap will make a good protective work hat, don't you? Go gather Acorns!"

Gather 6 Acorns and bring them to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field.
Progress: # of 6

Story So Far

You're helping Tinker Bell create a tinker-talent outfit. Gather Acorns!

"Fly to Mendy's Tailoring Nook and make a pair of shoes. They can be any style as long as they're comfortable. Oh, and use Cherry Brown Dye!"

Fly to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Use Personal Tailoring to make any pair of shoes you choose. Use Cherry Brown Dye from Daisy's Dyes in Cherryblossom Heights. Fly to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field and give this item to Tinker Bell when you are done!

"So as a thank you, I'm going to give each of them a bottle of Rosetta's famous Truffle Suds Shampoo. It's flitterific stuff!"
"Rosetta will need healthy sweet Truffles to make it. That means I need you to go help 5 Truffles in The Never Mine!"

Fly to Chilly Falls, enter The Never Mine Wilderness, and help 5 Truffles. Return to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field when you are done!
