Wave a Wand is a quest you can get from Kit. Upon completion, you will receive a point toward the Kit Mainland Quests Badges.

Special Note: Kit’s quests are designed to be performed on the Mainland only, not while playing in-game.

Prerequisites: Players must complete the Mainland Quests Quest from Kit which introduces them to the concept of questing on the Mainland.

Quick Steps

Go to the Pixie Postings and ring Kit’s Bell and ask if she has any quests. Pick Wave a Wand.
Make a magic wand.
After 24-hours, return to Kit to inform her you completed the task and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Fly into the Pixie Postings section of the Hollow and ask Kit if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Kit will greet you:

Kit: "When you’re in Pixie Hollow, magic is all around you."
"But when you leave Pixie Hollow, do you still see magic?"
"Oh, idea, idea! Why don’t you make a magic wand after you leave Pixie Hollow today? You can make it out of anything you like!"

Step 1

Kit: "Fantastic! Use your wand to spread a little magic around your home on the mainland!"

Story So Far

Kit wants you to make a magic wand to use on the mainland.

Once you log out of Pixie Hollow, craft a wand out of anything you like and spread fairy magic around your home!

After 24-hours, log back in and visit Kit again. She will ask you if you have completed the task:

Kit: "So, did you spread some magic around with your new wand?"

Select: I sure did!

Kit: "You really did ‘cuz, wow, I can see the magic sparkling from here! Always use your magic wisely! Hee hee!"
"Keep spreadin’ around that magic!"
