The down waterslide track is the prize for winning the 9th level of Beachball Blitz, while you'll win the up waterslilde track if you beat the 9th level of the Floatarama game.

The rules are fairly simple. Just get four or more of the same colored beach ball/life presever to make them disappear. You can move along all sides of the pool, but when you do so, the beach balls/life preservers move in the oposite direction. Bonus points can be earned by clearing levels quickly.
