So when adding photos like the Main Street Monorail station entrance, we want to make it look as professional as possible. Can you do another with typed words instead of hand painted? Thank you for your enthusiasm. --SpinMarty 00:52, 21 October 2006 (CDT)Ok, I can't really put Text on it. If i do, it may look to small. Is there a way to delete the photo?
I will leave it for the moment so that you can learn how to insert a photo into the wiki page (see my PM on the forums.) We will try to have someone make a better photo for us :) --SpinMarty 00:59, 21 October 2006 (CDT)
--Michellea 00:48, 10 November 2006 (CST)===Hats=== You can edit each section or, to edit the entire page, click "edit" at the top of the page rather than "edit" for each section. Remember the date format that is used :) Also, don't forget when doing the talk pages to add your time-stamp (second button from the right at the top of the edit box.) --SpinMarty 01:26, 21 October 2006 (CDT)
To add an internal link you have to know where you are going. Then add two brackets [ [link title here then two more brackets] ] (no spaces between the brackets however). For example, to link to the Hats page you would type [ [Hats] ] (again, no spaces between the brackets.) Have you looked at the page for editors? http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Editor --SpinMarty 02:02, 21 October 2006 (CDT)
yes but you explain it so much better ;)--Michellea 02:03, 21 October 2006 (CDT)
wait.. hmm, Can i connect them to places like "Special Events"?
If you link a hat (or othet item) to a specific event, that is fine but make it a specific event and not to the "Special Events" main page. For example, you added a hat that was earned in the "Choose Your Destiny" event, you can link directly to that event. (yes, I have been watching what you are doing :) ) --SpinMarty 02:16, 21 October 2006 (CDT)
BETA furniture: I think in the notes area we can add the re-release tag and dates to show that they have been. That would be a great idea. Want to do some research in the forums to find out some dates? lol --SpinMarty 00:35, 10 November 2006 (CST)
Well. we could just put re-released for now to we find the majority of the dates. i will go do some searching :)--Michellea 00:48, 10 November 2006 (CST)
RE: New Funiture pics - yes, we will add new photos for many of the items and I think a note on the timeline would be suffice. There is a way to overwrite the current photos with the new photos so that we don't have to make new pages and change links on other pages, however. Let's plan on gathering photos this weekend and then uploading them in bulk later. --SpinMarty 01:24, 11 November 2006 (CST)
