Lifted Forum Articles
In the end I have basically lifted yours and The Dogfather's articles about Cog Golf Courses from the TTC forum and combined them in
The Cog Golf Courses. It was simpler than trying to do a completely fresh writeup. Hope it looks alright and you are comfortable with how I have done it. Let me know if there is a problem.
