GoodPolarGirl
My main problem with Option 2 was the centering of the word male. Changed it so that they are separate tables and I think it works better now. This is probably the best option at the moment.--UpInTheAir 14:25, 16 June 2008 (PDT)
I think that Option 4 looks the best as well :)! --Haveamagicalday (Talk | Contributions) 14:50, 16 June 2008 (PDT)
I feel that option 2 is still my vote. Although, option 4 would be my second. :) ~GoodPolarGirl (Polar)
I have also come up with another, um, problem.
What kind of template/table would we use for pages with 2 different types of costumes? For example, the Mr.Smee Costume. ~GoodPolarGirl (Polar)
I think that we should do what we did for other costumes like that. The Tron Costume for example, we made different sections labeling them the colors they belong to. But, if we use the other options stated above, it does look kind of clumped up or repetitive, any ideas? --Haveamagicalday (Talk | Contributions) 05:34, 17 June 2008 (PDT)
Tiki Campfire
I explained the reasons for these changes on the Talk:Tiki Campfire page. Let me know if you need any further clarification/explaination.--UpInTheAir 15:18, 2 July 2008 (PDT)Mike's Car Spell
This is the pic I found of it, but I'm really not sure how official it is... http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3153/2633702107_c3efc64906.jpg That is also the highest resolution I have of it. Again, I pulled it off a friend's avatar, but it does not look manipulated. --Sugar 10:53, 3 July 2008 (PDT)It doesn't look like an edit to me. And yet, I'm not exactly an artist. . . I would ask up her opinion on it. To bad we couldn't stretch it-It would just show all it's pixels and look like blocks put together. Maybe we could use this as a temporary version? Come to think of it, it only looks smaller because of how it was cropped. Notice it doesn't have a yellow border. We usually like it with the yellow border, but I guess it is all we have. ~Polar
I probably cut off the yellow border by accident when I cropped it, but even with it, it was a bit smaller than the other Inventory pics... I started a discussion on the Talk page and will let Up know via her talk page --Sugar 11:03, 3 July 2008 (PDT)
Tag Teaming!
Nice work Polar : ) You saw me inquire about the order of prizes and then did it when I didn't have them time! Nice team work there :) --Sugar 20:52, 4 July 2008 (PDT)No prob! It was kind of nice to take a break from adding costume-rotational images. Although, back to work! --GoodPolarGirl 14:35, 5 July 2008 (PDT)
That's all yours!!! (totally staying away) Hehe --Sugar 20:25, 5 July 2008 (PDT)
Cropping
Thanks for asking about cropping. I think that cropping well is important and makes the wiki look more professional. I would love you to add the other books to the library. When cropping I try to start with the swf file when possible (eliminates messy background issues). Either way, after I have taken a screen shot I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to crop. I use this because it is handles that allow me to crop one side at a time rather than a "box" tool like Paint. This "one-side at a time" approach allows me to control how close I can get to each side without having to guess.
To get rid of excess background I use the free Paint.net program. This program also has some other very cool useful tools.
I use the standard Paint program only to crop and paste from one photo to the next to get rid of things like penguins, etc. (Notice that no room photo on the CP side has penguins in it :)! )
I hope that helps and feel free to ask more questions. I look forward to seeing the book section completed. I do have the swf files if you would like them. -- SpinMarty 09:06, 15 July 2008 (PDT)
Read PM
Please read my PM on CPF regarding the Music Jam '08 photos. Thanks -- SpinMarty 10:36, 25 July 2008 (PDT)Woot you figured out my event photos in rooms system! Thank you! That was to be my next task but you did such an awesome job of it! -- SpinMarty 11:31, 25 July 2008 (PDT)
Thank You, Thank You Very Much *bows*
LOL. It's kind of fun adding these in, considering this is my first ever Club Penguin Event. --GoodPolarGirl 11:43, 25 July 2008 (PDT)
Item Rotation Images
Hey Polar. Just a note about adding the item rotation images to the item pages. Please be sure to check the widths and heights of the images you are adding (they should be the same for all rotation images of a particular item) and be sure to use these widths and heights in the gallery code. I went back and corrected all the ones you had done previously. Thanks for working on the pages and please keep this in mind for the future.--UpInTheAir 00:03, 26 July 2008 (PDT)CP Fashion Show
Yes I noticed that you started adding the modeling photos. That is awesome and exactly what I was hoping to do. Yes, the plan is for all of the items so go for it. I may, every once in a while, take a photo you upload and clean it up a bit more (for some reason there is still some "blue residue" around the head. Go figure - but it will still be yours. Anyhow, yes - continue, please! -- SpinMarty 09:32, 28 July 2008 (PDT)Surf Knot cleaned and re-uploaded and added to the page The Surf Knot :D -- SpinMarty 10:35, 28 July 2008 (PDT)
Costume Rotation Images
Do you mind adding the Costume Rotation images to the proper pages? I know you had started off working on this project. We are using the Finding Nemo Costume format as an example for the male/female costumes. Right now I'm working through uploading some of the male costumes, so you can just ignore the female ones for the time being.--UpInTheAir 17:54, 4 August 2008 (PDT)
