Upon completion, you will receive a Fruitwood Brown Drum Ornament. Prerequisites: Eleven Pipers Piping must be completed. Released: 21 December 2009 Retired: 5 January 2010

What you will need: 1 Ivy, 4 Rose Petals, 11 Spider Silk and 1 Bottle of any color Dye (to personal tailor one Rose Petal Sash).

Quick Steps

• Fly over to Fawn's Hideout and see if she has any quests. Pick Twelve Drummers Drumming.
• Go to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill make a Rose Petal Sash in any color through Personal Tailoring, and return to Fawn.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Fawn’s Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Fawn will greet you:

Fawn: "Chickadee, you’ve come to the last line of the song! Here it is!"
"On the twelfth day of Christmas my true love gave to me twelve drummers drumming!"
"Big surprise -- I need one last thing to finish the ornament. Are you ready for your last task?"

Accept this Quest?

Once you accept the quest, Fawn will explain it to you.

Fawn: "Critterific! Fly to Mendy’s Tailoring Nook an’ tailor a Rose Petal Sash. Make it a nice wintery color!"

Fly to Mendy's Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. Personal Tailor a Rose Petal Sash. Return to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill when you are done!

Story So Far

You’re on a musical holiday adventure! Personal Tailor a Rose Petal Sash at Mendy’s Tailoring Nook!

Flap over to Mendy's Tailoring Nook located in Maple Tree Hill. Once there, pick Personal Tailoring and choose Rose Petal Sash from the list. The pattern will not be automatically open for Personal Tailoring, you must earn it. To open the pattern, you must first complete the Grassweave Belt Pattern, which will unlock the Rose Petal Sash Pattern. Complete the Rose Petal Sash pattern using Community Tailoring and it will then be available to you to Personal Tailor. When you have tailored the sash, flit back to Fawn and speak to her again.

Fawn: "Good work, chickadee! Now wait right there!"
"And -- perfect!"
"Can’t have a drum without the part you hit. Your Rose Petal Sash makes a great drum head!"
"I hereby present you with an official twelve-drummers-drumming drum!"
"And that’s the end of the song -- but not the end of your adventure! Tink wants to see you, so flap over to Tinker’s Nook!"

You'll receive a Fruitwood Brown Drum Ornament as shown below. You also unlock the following quest upon completion: A Partridge In A Pear Tree.
