To Acquire

During the 2013 Camp Pixie Dust event, players had to gather with four other Fairy friends in Dewdrop Vale while wearing a Water-Talent shirt. The shirt could be purchased from Cassie's Costume Shop. Once the friends were assembled together, all five players needed to put up the Otter emote while in the meadow to earn the badge.
