Tending the Truffles with Iridessa (Quest)

Quick Quest Guide

What you will need: 12 Twigs and enough baked goods to renew your Pixie Dust in order to complete three challenges in the Wilderness.

Quick Steps

• Go to Iridessa's Glade and ask if she has any quests. Pick Tending the Truffles.
• Earn a score of 10,000 points in First Flight, then return to Iridessa.
• Gather up 22 Twigs and give them to Dessa.
• Go to the Bubbly Bog in Dewdrop Vale and start a new adventure called Tending the Truffles. Complete all the challenges within the adventure and return to Iridessa.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully and ask her if she has any quests. Once you have reached Talent Level 5, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you'll be able to begin immediately. Upon starting the quest, Iridessa will greet you:

Iridessa: "Glad to see you, sunshine!"
"I was hoping you'd flap by. Now that you have 2 Talent Skills, you need to practice them!"
"I was just about to tend the Truffles in the Wilderness. Yes, I know, I'm not a garden-talent. But like most pixies, I LOVE Truffles, yum!"
"So I decided to help the garden-talents take care of them! If you join in, you'll get good Talent Skill practice. What do you say?"

Step 1

Once you agree, Iridessa is thrilled and gives you the first step.

Iridessa: "Shimmerific! Let's start with berries."
"Pixie Hollow truffles like plant food made from the sweet berries that grow in Neverfruit Grove. Will you go get some by playing First Flight?"

Fly to Neverfruit Grove. Earn 10,000 points playing First Flight. Return to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully when you are done!

Story So Far

You're helping Iridessa tend the Truffles. Go play First Flight!

Talent game time! Play First Flight until you reach a score of at least 10,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative), then return to Iridessa.

Step 2

Iridessa: "Excellent, sunshine! You brought back lots of berries!"
"Let me just put them over here. I'll ask Rosetta to make berry plant food later."
"Next I want to make some new Twig rakes so we can keep the area around the Truffles clean."
"Will you gather Twigs?"

Gather 22 Twigs and bring them to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully.

Story So Far

You're helping Iridessa tend the Truffles. Gather Twigs!

An ingredient collecting task! You are looking for Twigs if you don't have 22 already. Once you get the required 22 Twigs, give them to Iridessa.

Step 3

Iridessa: "Flickerific! Now it's time to get you into the Wilderness to practice those Talent Skills."
"Fly to Bubbly Bog and help 3 Truffles!"

Fly to Dewdrop Vale, enter The Bubbly Bog Wilderness, and help 3 Truffles. Return to Iridessa's Glade in Sunflower Gully when you are done!

Story So Far

You're helping Iridessa tend the Truffles. Fly into Bubbly Bog and help 3 Truffles!

Leave Iridessa's Glade and fly to the Bubbly Bog in Dewdrop Vale. Start a new quest by choosing Lead an Adventure and select Tending the Truffles. Complete all three challenges and return to Iridessa once you have finished. Be sure to have enough cookies made prior to entering the Wilderness!

Your Reward

Iridessa: "You did a flashtastic job, sunshine! Thank you for all the help!"
"You know, I bet you'll earn your next Talent Skill quick as a flick, so I want you to take this..."
"That cookie is packed with pixie dust, so have it handy the next time you go adventuring in the Wilderness. Fly with you soon!"

You'll receive a Honey Maple Cookie as shown below, as well as earn 45 Talent Points.
