Proposal for new format

As this has been discussed before, the current format of this template is not really the best and the most understandable. The main problem is the Color column. Not many editors know when and when not to use colspan. My idea for a new table would be something like this:

The only reason that we use the table headers that we do is because when I maintained the list on VMKf that is what I used. Then - when we moved it to the wiki it was just kept that way. We have been talking a lot about this and agree that a change is needed (and yours makes sense.) However, there are some things being planned at the moment (shhh secret) and it would include a new header. Since we only want to do a change one time I believe the idea is to wait for a moment until this new thing is finished. Otherwise we have to go through EVERY item two times rather than just once.
