To Acquire

During the 2012 Garden Tea Party event, member players had to fly to Cassie's Costume Shop and buy the Teatime Hat. Once the hat was acquired, players wore the hat and flew into either Neverfruit Grove or Sunflower Gully. After using the Teacup emote while in the meadow, the player would earn the badge.
