Quick Quest Guide

Quick Steps

• Go to Rosetta’s Garden and ask if she has any quests. Pick Talk about Tailoring.
• Head to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook and make any top, then return to Rosetta.
• Head to Mendy’s Tailoring Nook and make any pair of shoes, then return to Rosetta.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Rosetta’s Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Rosetta will greet you:

Rosetta: "Hi sugarplum! Are you finding your way around the Hollow okay?"
"Oh, Dessa told you to come? Why sure, there’s somethin’ I can tell you about -- FASHION!"

Step 1

Rosetta will begin to explain tailoring in Pixie Hollow.

Rosetta: "Here in Pixie Hollow, we can all make new clothes. You don’t have to be a tailoring-talent because Bobbin an’ Mendy will help you!"
"Bobbin’s Tailoring Nook is in Springtime Orchard. Bobbin likes to make skirts an’ tops best, an’ she loves to help Fairies of all talents learn her skills."
"Go on, visit Bobbin an’ make a brand new top!"

Story So Far

Rosetta is telling you all about tailoring new clothes. Fly to Bobbin’s Tailoring Nook and make a new top!

Rosetta: "Good for you, sugar! Now flit to it!"

Now you need to fly over to Bobbin’s Tailoring Nook located in Springtime Orchard and make any top using Community tailoring.

Step 2

Bobbin showed me how to tailor!

Rosetta: "That’s wonderful, peaches! How did you like all the dye colors you can choose from? Bobbin an’ Mendy provide all sorts of colors for new clothes!"
"I rather like Camellia Pink, myself."
"An’ guess what? When you learn to tailor well enough, you can unlock new tailoring patterns! Designers like Brook and Diva Wings are always comin’ up with pretty clothes for us to make for the community."
"Say, go visit Mendy’s Tailoring Nook in Maple Tree Hill. She’ll help you make some shoes!"

Story So Far

Rosetta is telling you all about tailoring new clothes. Fly to Mendy’s Tailoring Nook and make a pair of new shoes!

Next, fly over to Mendy’s Tailoring Nook located in Maple Tree Hill and make any pair of shoes using Community tailoring.

When you are finished, just head back to Rosetta to finish the quest!

Rosetta: "Flaptastic, sugar! Now remember, the more you practice, the more patterns you’ll learn. Why, practice enough an’ you’ll be able to make whole outfits!"
"Till then, why don’t you take these [sic] shiny dewdrop mirror? You’ll look as pretty as a peach in it!"
"Y’know, if you like tailorin’, I bet you’ll love to baking [sic]. Go visit Fawn in Maple Tree Hill! She’ll tell you more about it."

Your Reward

The color of the Dewdrop Mirror you receive is pre-determined based on your talent. You also unlock the following quest upon completion: Tasty Baking.
