Push

Looks like there has been some back and forth questions about the NPC status about Push. I quote from the April 2006 newsletter:

Who (or what) is Push the Trashcan?

Push doesn't have a Profile and since he's not an NPC he doesn't give credits. He can't accept Friend requests or Trade, so please don't ask. But do ask him to dance!

and the April 2006 newsleter:

Who (or what) is Push the Trashcan?

Push is a Character who will pop into VMK from time to time. He can visit any room; he can talk, walk, sit and dance. Unlike NPCs he doesn't give credits. He can't accept Friend requests or Trade, so please don't ask. But do ask him to dance!

So from this, it sounds like he's not an NPC. {:

Maybe we should add another category of "Other Characters"?
