I need a person who plays POTCO's thoughts. Is there really an enemy called this, or it just the ship? --CL_Haveamagicalday

You might be right. It wouldn't make much sense for there to be a ship named Phantom and a enemy named Phantom. We have to confirm this though. -- BadgerDog
