Lawbot HQ guide

I added a few parts to the Lawbot HQ article. However, there are many erros in the article that need to be corrected. Please do not remove the Laser field articles, as I don't think they have been removed for good.

Well, for one thing, the article about the goon room is wrong. There was only one day in which a glitch messed up the goon's lights. Basically, the artice needs to be brought up to date as well as streamlined and polished. I'll work on that a little later.
