Confirming release date

So far I have been able to narrow it down between 7 October and 16 October 2005 by going through this thread.

Well, between the 7th and 10th, as narrowed down by this thread (assuming the person actually had a helmet).

Well, this thread sure makes it sound like it was on the 10th. I see other threads from the 8th and 9th wondering where it was. I'm going to set the date as the 10th.
