Castle Suite Sofa

Hypothetically, wouldn't all items be fair play to Hosts doing room makeovers? While I understand that the previously limited release of this item makes it stand out, adding that note seems a little much. I cannot see us adding notes to all the "rare" items given away by Hosts in this manner. Perhaps a page on Room Makeovers in general where it is explained that rare items are often included (and perhaps select examples if you feel that further clarification is needed) would work better. This page could also link to the Room Makeover features in on the Newsletter pages and include submission info, etc. But honestly, adding them as a way to obtain items on the item page seems a bit too narrow as a very limited amount of players can obtain the items in this way, and like I already mentioned, I would imagine that Hosts would be able to choose any item to include in their room makeover. --UpInTheAir 20:11, 18 January 2008 (CST)

Tradeability

The Castle Suite Sofa and Fireplace were tradeable last night. I don't remember them ever switching back and forth between tradeable and non-tradeable last night. What does everyone else think? --TravisSch 11:23, 17 May 2008 (PDT)

Seeing as I was so busy trying to get everything updated last night because it didn't appear that anybody else was going to help, I was not able to attend the Pirate and Princess party, so I do not have these items. I was stuck going off of the VMKF thread which discussed the tradeablity and at last update it was noted that these items were not tradeable. However, I do acknowledge that information on the forums should be researched a bit further, so I edited last night anticipating being able to look into matters further when the opportunity presented itself. Appears the items are currently tradeable, however despite VMK's known tendancy to waver on the trade status of some items, I feel that the best thing to do at the moment is to mark the item as being made tradeable on the 16th. I really would appreciate it in the future however, if our editors actually stepped up and helped so that we can help ensure the accuracy of our information.--UpInTheAir 12:07, 17 May 2008 (PDT)
