Just a question, but is there really a need for this? The Cog HQ concept has really been thrown out the window, so I'm suggesting we etheir update it, or trash it. Any opinions? - Doctor 16:12, 18 January 2008 (CST)

This is a direct quotation of a historical newsletter from Toontown - perhaps we need to make that more clear. I strongly suggest that we keep this as part of the History of Toontown. And that we keep it exactly as it is (with perhaps an Introduction to say what it is). Pudgey 04:49, 4 June 2008 (PDT)
