Sunbeam Smooch is a quest you can get from Kit. Upon completion, you will receive a point toward the Kit Mainland Quests Badges.

Special Note: Kit’s quests are designed to be performed on the Mainland only, not while playing in-game.

Prerequisites: Players must complete the Mainland Quests Quest from Kit which introduces them to the concept of questing on the Mainland.

Quick Steps

Go to Kit's Place in Evergreen Overlook and ask if she has any quests. Pick Sunbeam Warmth.
Go outside with a parent and let a sunbeam touch your hand.
After 24-hours, return to Kit to inform her you completed the task and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Fly to Evergreen Overlook and enter Kit's Place. Ask Kit if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Kit will greet you:

Kit: "Sometimes I wish I was a light-talent, like Iridessa. It would be so amazing to make a rainbow or catch the sunset in your hands!"
"But even if you’re not a light-talent, you can still be good friends with light."
"Have you ever played with a sunbeam? I like to move my hands back and forth across sunbeams and watch the shadows it makes and -- oh! Idea alert! I have the perfect quest for you!"
"After you leave Pixie Hollow today, find a sunbeam and and feel it's [sic] warm sun rays on your hand! Want to do that?"

Step 1

Kit: "Sunbeams are just the best! It’s easy enough to do, if the sun is out! Take a parent with you when you go outside, okay?"

Story So Far

Kit wants you to find a sunbeam and let it touch your hand!

Once you log out of Pixie Hollow, go outside on the mainland and let a sunbeam touch your hand.

After 24-hours, log back in and visit Kit again. She will ask you if you have completed the task:

Kit: "Did you find a sunbeam?"

Select: I sure did!

Kit: "Iridessa will be so thrilled! She says sunbeams make great friends. They’re so WARM-hearted, don’t you know!"
