This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and ask her if she has any quests. If you have finished the quest Rosetta's Roses, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you can begin the quest immediately. Upon starting the quest, Rosetta will greet you:

Rosetta: "You know, I was just thinking of the friend I wanted to see most right now, and POOF! Here you are, sugar!"
"Okay, listen up. Iris and Lily challenged me to a Grass Growing Contest!"
"You have no idea what I'm talking about, do you? We garden-talents can make grass grow faster by staring at it. But who can make it grow FASTEST? We're gonna find out!"
"I need to train for the contest, and I want YOU to be my official Eyeball Coach! You can manage my Stare Training! What do you say?"

Step 1

Accept this Quest?

Once you agree, Rosetta is thrilled and gives you the first step.

Rosetta: "Flaptastic! Now, I know you don't know seeds from saplings about being an Eyeball Coach, but don't worry. We'll sort all that out."
"The first part of Stare Training is to exercise the eye muscles. Let's go play Petal Pick-Up. You catch flower petals, and I’ll count every petal you catch!"

Fly to Cherryblossom Heights. Earn 10,000 points playing Petal Pick-Up. Return to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights when you are done!
