Let's discuss this format. Feel free to play around with it. --Hile 13:33, 20 September 2008 (PDT)
What you added, is this the thing we were discussing where we'd go with the old method of doing things, and have a quick guide for people who only want the task and reward? I'm confused at the moment lol.
Also, maybe we should go with the format of quests that we did with VMK, in the sense of, we put the reward for the quest in a table format (in VMK we did it as a template since the items were a template). Click here for what I mean. Any thoughts on this? --Haveamagicalday (Talk | Contributions) 17:30, 20 September 2008 (PDT)
How about you make another section and format part of the quest I used to what you are talking about. I couldn't really picture it from the link. --Hile 16:22, 22 September 2008 (PDT)
I added the part that I was talking about, sorry for the confusion : - ). --Haveamagicalday (Talk | Contributions) 16:31, 22 September 2008 (PDT)
Yeah could do that. We could even add in the total amount of notoriety earned from the quest. I'd like to keep the full outfit pics. I also liked what Ofx had for quest completion while the quest info was being entered. --Hile 16:44, 23 September 2008 (PDT)
This was an idea I was working on, trying to come up with a better way of "initially" displaying the information. Recognizing part of our problem in organization was the amount of information we were trying to show from the beginning. My idea was to have the amount of information increase as one delves deeper into the quest. Now I thought of this from the perspective of how I personally would use the wiki information while playing the game. I generally do not need the picture, the detail of the journal, or the notes/tip. Just what I need, and how much, and perhaps the reward involved. The rest I felt isnt necessary up front, and could require an additional click to get it. The idea also came up of having two options on the main index, one leading to the information as in this example, and another perhaps to a "Full View" such as our current method.--OFxZeppers 22:35, 23 September 2008 (PDT)
I appreciate your work guys, but I created this area for me to play around and not effect your sections of the sandbox, so I moved your stuff out into the main sandbox area.--OFxZeppers 22:53, 23 September 2008 (PDT)
