Quests are a fun way to earn new items and usually, learn more about the game. They help give a new take on those tutorials and tend to feature a nice amount of back story as well. You can receive quests from talking to official fairies in their fairy homes in the meadows. You may finish multiple quests/steps at once if several tell you to go to the same fairy or do the same task, however, you can only receive one quest per fairy at a time. Some quests also have prerequisites (tasks that need to be done first) before they will show up on the available quest list for you to do.

Event Quests and Repeatable Quests

Event Quests are All Fairy Quests that only last for a limited time, usually during a special holiday or event going on in Pixie Hollow.

Repeatable Quests are Member's Only Quests that can be done as many times as you like and are not removed like the other quests once you finish. If a NPC Fairy (For example, Tinker Bell) has three or more repeatable quests, the repeatable quests will randomly switch around as only two are shown at a time.

Steps

All quests have various steps that can range from very simple to somewhat hard. You can find a quick summary of the types of steps you may find below. Please realize the quests can have these steps in ANY order and some quests may only have a few of these steps rather than all of them.

Talking

Probably the easiest step there is. All you have to do is head to the fairy you're instructed to meet and talk to her.

Games

Depending on how your game skills are, this step can either be really easy or somewhat difficult. To finish this kind of step, all you need to do is head over to the game, reach the high score, and then quit (or wait until the game is over). If you're having trouble hitting the high score, fear not, as luckily, the scores are cummulative, so you can play five times getting a score of roughly 2,000 each time to hit that 10,000 point score that you need to finish the quest! After, you just have to head back to the fairy and let her know you finished. (Sometimes, however, the fairy will tell you to go straight to another fairy after finishing rather than talking to her first, so make sure to pay attention!)

Shopping

This can be easy, but sometimes what you're asked for needs a bit more complicated item to be purchased. Most of the time, the fairy will ask for one or more bottles of dye. All you have to do is purchase this dye (and possibly gather up material to do so) and then bring it back to the fairy. This is a Member's Only Quest step.

Tailoring

A few select quests feature tailoring. You do not need to buy dye and actually make the item personally and bring it to them. All you have to do is Community Tailoring and make an item of the color (or one of the colors when they mention more than one) that they ask for (if they ask for one). Once you've finished, just head back to the fairy. They may be general (by just giving the type of clothing) or be specific (Lily Skirt) with what they want so be sure to pay attention. They also tell you which Tailoring Nook to go to, so don't just think you can go to whichever is easier.

Ingredients

Another one of the easier quest jobs. All you have to do is give the fairy the amount of the ingredient they ask for (Ex: 10 Sunflower Seeds).

Finishing the Quest

When you finish a quest, you will either automatically get a reward or get to pick from a select few. Unless the quest is repeatable, the quest will permanently disappear from your quest list.
