Pixie Hollow announced The Animal Masquerade under the "Events" section on the Pixie Hollow site.The Animal Masquerade (10/26 - 11/8)

Squeak ... Buzz ... Chirp! It must be time for Pixie Hollow's most popular party, the Animal Masquerade! This year we're paying special tribute to Animal Friends with special costumes and treats for your little pals. A mainland autumn tradition has also been added to this year's celebration: Trick or Treating! Members can flap around with their Animal Friends and gather treats from big pumpkin bowls scattered around the meadows. Plus, the Hollow will receive a special visit from Beck, Tink, and their favorite Animal Friends, Blaze and Twitter!
Fawn will need your help with party preparations starting October 19. She'll have five short quests for Members to complete for some "paw-some" rewards!

Pre-Event Quests
In preparation for the 2010 Animal Masquerade, a series of special quests, available to member players, were released on 19 October 2010. Players needed to visit Fawn in Maple Tree Hill to begin the quests, which were available until 8 November 2010.
Fairy players who completed the quest were awarded the Pumpkin Headband Seashore Brown, while Sparrow Men players were awarded the Pumpkin Belt Nutmeg Brown. Once finished, the second quest in the series was unlocked.

Feed Your Animal Friend Stations
During the event, Member players who had Animal Friends flying along with them in the Hollow could receive free ingredients to feed thier Animal Friend. Five feeding stations -- one for each Animal Friend type -- were set up in different meadows.
