Squeak. . . Buzz. . . BOO! Let the Animal Masquerade begin! Starting Tuesday, October 2, here’s how to get into the spooky spirit:
- Get a costume! Feathery, furry, or whimsical, the Hollow shops have it all!
- Pick up a Trick or Treat basket at Cassie’s Costume Shop!
- Then, say “Trick or Treat!” at the jack-o’-lanterns in the meadows to get treats! Visit all 12 jack-o’-lanterns to earn the 2012 Animal Masquerade badge!
- Fly to Fairy Tale Theater. . . if you dare!
- Visit Fawn to go on a haunted quest for Members and earn an exclusive badge!
- Play Vidia’s Daily Spin every day in October for a chance to win spook-tacular prizes!
- Check the Calendar for the Tricksters and Treaters’ visits!
- Bring your Animal Friend along with you as you fly through the meadows for a chance of them finding a cute little critter costume for themselves!
- And don’t forget the sweets – pick up a brand-new Silly Sweet in the Ballroom and bake Jack-o’-Lantern cookies at Dulcie’s Kitchen!

Quest
In honor of the 2012 Animal Masquerade, a special quest, available to Member players, was released on 2 October 2012. Players needed to visit Fawn in Maple Tree Hill to begin the quest.
Players who completed the quest were awarded the Haunted Dollhouse badge.

Feed Your Animal Friend Stations
During the event, Member players who had Animal Friends flying along with them in the Hollow could receive free ingredients to feed their Animal Friend. Five feeding stations -- one for each Animal Friend type -- were set up in Havendish Square.
