Pixie Hollow announced the 2011 Animal Mother's Day under the "Events" section on the Pixie Hollow site.Animal Mother's Day

Fawn has a great idea to honor animal mothers this year -- she wants to give them the day off! Mama animals all over the Hollow work very hard all year long taking care of their babies, so we’re going to help them. Starting May 3, you can help take care of the baby critters by cleaning a baby bunny in Springtime Orchard, feeding a baby chipmunk in Maple Tree Hill, and singing a baby owl to sleep in Snowcap Glade.
Members, go see Fawn at her hideout starting May 3 to help her with a brand-new quest and don't forget to take care of the baby critters to earn some paw-some new badges. Plus, stop by the Ballroom for special gifts from the animal mothers!

Players who entered the game during the event got the following announcement:
Quest
A special quest, available to Member Fairies, was released on 3 May 2011. Players needed to visit Fawn in Maple Tree Hill to begin the quest, which was available until 16 May 2011.
Players who completed the quest were awarded the Fawn Brown Big Paw Tee.

A special gift, found on a toadstool in Snowcap Glade was available to Member Fairies. Once the gift was clicked, it disappeared. This item was required to earn the event badges. |  |

During the 2011 Animal Mother's Day event, players who flew into Snowcap Glade, Springtime Orchard and Maple Tree Hill and clicked on the interactive play features while wearing their Cornflower Blue Stars Are Out Cap would earn the Sleepy Baby Owl, Clean Baby Bunny and Hungry Baby Chipmunk badges.

Interactive Play
During the event, players could Lull the Baby Owl to Sleep, Wash the Baby Bunny and Feed the Baby Chipmunk.Feed Your Animal Friend Stations
During the event, Member players who had Animal Friends flying along with them in the Hollow could receive free ingredients to feed thier Animal Friend. Five feeding stations -- one for each Animal Friend type -- were set up in different meadows.
