Pixie Hollow announced the 2010 Great Games under the "Events" section on the Pixie Hollow site.

The Great Games (6/29 - 7/13)

It's game time, Fairies and Sparrow Men! Sport your Camp Pixie Dust talent troop gear and get ready to play lots of Fairy games. This year, the Ministers and the Queen are getting in on the fun with a Great Games quest for Members. Tinker Bell will host this challenging quest and she'll give you the flitterific Great Games badge if you can complete it!

Slate will also take part in the Great Games with his Championship Weekends! The top 10 scoring Fairies in each Talent Game, on 7/3, 7/4, 7/10, and 7/11 will each get a special Great Games Honor badge, along with their name and talent troop in the Never News. Slate will be hanging out in the Ballroom Pool during these weekends as well - so ... be sure to fly out and wear your talent troop gear!

Start practicing now so that you can represent YOUR talent troop at the Great Games!

Quests & Badges

A special quest, available to Member players, was released during the Great Game Days. Players needed to visit Tinker Bell in Cottonpuff Field to play the quest.

The Great Games

Players who completed the quest would receive the 2010 Great Games Champions Badge.

During the Great Games Days celebration, two Great Games Days Challenge Weekends were held. During these Challenge Weekends, the top scoring players for each talent game were awarded the 2010 Great Games Honors Badge.

Challenge Weekends and Talent Game Champions

The two Challenge Weekends were held 3-4 of July and 10-11 July.

Winners from the first weekend were announced in the Never News 8 July 2010. Winners from the second weekend were announced in the Never News 15 July 2010.

Famous Fairy Visits

For the first time in the Hollow, the new Never Council Member Slate made a special visit to The Ballroom on various servers. He flew in during the Championship Weekends to encourage and cheer on players.
