What sticks out to me is Where it says "Charm Collection" and there is no image because their is no image for the Animal Collection (lol) except the badge & that would be confusing to use that image. Have I completely confused you?

Something else...On the individual items pages where it says... Store Availability This item has not yet been sold in stores. Maybe change to... "This item has not yet been sold in PH stores. Clickable Charms are available to purchase in stores as part of the Clickables Collection."
