Basics

  • Click on the play you want to move to, and your ship will go there. Sometimes you won't be able to go there, usually when there's an island blocking your path. The place your ship is headed to is marked by the image of a steering wheel.
  • Double click, and three cannonballs will go sailing in different directions! Keep blasting the opponent to make them run out of health! But remember, the winner is the one who has the most points, not the one who defeats all the other team's ships.
  • If your ship has been destroyed, double click it to make it explode and send flames everywhere! It is best to wait for an opponent to get to close so you can get the extra points!
  • Collect stacks of cannons and health crates to restock your cannons and health. Remember, without cannons you can't attack, and without health, you're sunk!
  • Note that you must pay to play now!

Ship Battle

  • Ship Battle is all about who has the most booty at the end of each stage. The number on top of the ship indicates how much gold you have on the ship. Everytime you shoot the opposing team with a cannon, you get 5 pieces of gold. If you sink the other teams ship, you will get half of whatever they had onboard. The rounds are best 2 out of 3. If your team wins the first and second stage, then you dont play the last stage.
  • Only in ship battle, are you allowed to have ai-ships which are computer controlled. Although, playing with them may help you practice, you will receive a much smaller reward for winning.

Tips and Tricks

The best ship is probably the Wicked Winch. It has good ammo supply and is good for sinking other ships.

Once the game has begun, go for other ships. Be careful not to waste ammo, because sometimes supplies are limited.

The best way to sink someone is to enter the "T-Formation." This is when your ship creates the top of the T and the other ship is the stem. Then you can fire a few times, and you will sink the ship.

Be sure to trap the other players to take them out.

After every shot you fire, move out of the way so you can not get hit. Sometimes, you sink the ship, but before they sink, they fire. If this hits you, you lose all your credits.

Sometimes when you are on one side of a rock and your opponent is on the other, ammo will go through the rocks. You may surprise someone and will sink them.

It is important to lead your shots. In other words, shoot at where the other ship is going to be when the cannonball gets there, not where it is when you fire.

If you and your enemy are in parallel lines, and you are ahead a bit, fire your cannons. if your ship is the Wicked Winch, you usually get a instant shipwreck.

When controlling your ship, be sure to fire with your arrow keys instead of using the mouse. Sometimes, when you double click to fire, you end up moving instead of firing.

Never stop moving your ship! Keep moving constantly to ensure that you do not get hit by any stray cannons!

Always get the barrels whenever they appear close to you, even if your health is full. That way, the other team cannot repair their ships and you have a better chance of sinking them.

Be aware when the other team picks up some gold ammo. Gold ammo can sink you in one shot. You have to stay away from them when they fire or the game will be over. When you see any gold ammo, get it so the other team can't. You can also use it as bait. When your opponents go to pick up the gold ammo, be in position to ambush them. Unless the other player has no ammo when they pick it up, they will not be able to use it immediately because they will have other ammo in line in front of it. While they are still dangerous, they are not as dangerous as when they have the gold ready to go. I have noticed that many players seem to forget this fact and as soon as they get the gold, they seem to think they are unstoppable. You can then move in and attack.

  • First, set up a normal game.
  • Now a pop up will come up it will say "Create Level One Game". Now you see you're title then there is a little square with a skull on it that is to boot a player. But you see the ship next to the click that click it.
